Fine but nothing special

It was comfortable and spacious enough for 2. Kihei is not the nicest destination in Maui - thankfully Wailea was about 15 mins drive away and had much better beaches, shops and restaurants. The accomodation was fine, but lacked attention to detail for guests to make it score higher for us. The air-conditioning unit was very loud and disturbed our sleep whilst not being that effective. There were no simple provisions, I would expect tea, coffee and milk for the type of accomodation offered and at that price, doesn't take much to add in the nice touches. The TV was good and was a smart TV which was good, so we could watch YouTube. The international plug station was a handy touch. Other than loud air conditioning nothing to complain about - was totally fine, but definitely room for improvement!

Beautiful Condo

Highly Recommend this wonderful condo and host. We were very happy with Kevin's condo. Fully stocked, clean. Even had items to use in the pay it forward pantry. Very comfortable bed. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella use. Excellent location, across from the fish pond. We saw turtles every morning. Will definitely rent this condo again!!

Enjoyed our stay

Our flights were delayed by a day due to a storm in Kihei. While Kevin was understanding when we informed him, we were disappointed that no discount was offered for the missed night. Additionally, the storm left significant mud and debris in the parking lot and surrounding streets, which affected our overall experience.On our first day, we noticed the shower was clogged. Kevin responded quickly and attempted to fix it, but the issue persisted throughout our stay. The shower also wasn’t very clean, possibly due to the drainage problem. Additionally, we encountered ants in the kitchen on our last night. Thankfully, pest control was already scheduled for the next morning as part of their routine maintenance.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. The beach supplies in the closet were a great bonus, and Kevin was responsive. However, I’d recommend a professional fix for the shower, a new shower curtain, and possibly more frequent pest control visits.

Perfect location

This is a perfect location for visiting Maui. Close to beaches shopping and restaurants, and great for jumping off points for the road to Hana and Haleakala. Kevin is a fantastic host and answered all questions within minutes. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and a cooler with ice packs. If you’re looking for a home base for adventures around the island this is perfect.

Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing first trip to Maui…we will definitely be back! The accommodations and location were perfect. We really appreciated having a kitchen that we used for breakfast every morning before heading out on our next adventure. The cooler provided was handy as we often packed some lunch, snacks and drinks for the day so that we didn’t have to leave the beach. There is a park with a great beach for families with little kids right across the road. We were able to see turtles there several evenings! The communication was great right from the moment we booked our stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

A Home Away from Home in Paradise

Kevin was an attentive host, always quick to respond to any questions. He went above and beyond by providing helpful suggestions throughout my stay. The location is ideal—right across from the beach and the whale sanctuary, with shopping and activities nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and although my stay was longer than most vacations, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Beachfront Bliss: A Perfect Stay at Kevin's Condo

Kevin’s condo was the perfect beach getaway! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even more charming in person. The pool is fantastic, large with a deep end, and immaculately clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable and brand new, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The condo is well-appointed, with everything we needed. We didn’t lack for kitchen utensils, beach gear, or towels—and the plush, large beach towels were a real treat. We had coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking an avocado tree. Across the street is a little beach with a wonderful night time surprise...I'll let you figure that one out when you stay here. Kevin was a great host, communicative and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some helpful tips that we really appreciated. The condo is on the second floor, so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. We had no problem with this, and there was plenty of parking. The location is fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Home away from home. Small studio type condo, what we needed for our quick trip. Accessible to a lot of places and restaurants in Kihei. About 40mins to Lahaina/Ka'anapali area and 15-20mins from the airport. Walking distance from a small beach to watch sunset. Shower pressure could be better but very quiet area and equiped with basic home necessities. Definitely recommended!
