In an old farmhouse, adjacent to a tourist facility with swimming pool-bar-restaurant-children's playground, there is a charming and particular apartment originally furnished with logs brought from the sea, where respect for things is taken care of in detail with books to read and moments of relaxation that recreate the soul and mind. Composed of two small bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are 4 comfortable beds, with the possibility of a fifth bed to be placed next to the bunk bed or at the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine complete with pods. The rooms are completed by two patios, one equipped with a relaxation area and the other with a large table with a marine wood structure suitable for up to 8 people and a living area with a three-seater sofa, small garden. Equipped with bed linen and towels. A small deposit and final cleaning fee are required.
It is also possible to request (NOT included in the rental fee!) the use of a beach umbrella, two sun loungers, reserved shaded parking at the beach club "la Dogana di Capalbio", one of the exclusive locations on the Capalbio coast.
