A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Very good communication with the host. The house and amenities brilliant and close to shop and pub. It was lovely to be home from home. Absolutely amazing and would recommend to others. The only negative was no hot water after 9am so partner unable to have a wash or shower.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. It was fabulous, the house is in a good position not far from all the amenities. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to have a home from home experience. The icing on the cake was that the ower very kindly offered us early check in and late check out which we really appreciated We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon

Overall the property was good and well equipped bar things like a veg peeler and no space to put groceries. On arrival we noticed some areas were dusty. The floor was quite dirty with a few dirty marks on walls. However the quality of everything was very good and we would definitely recommend this accommodation. The key lock did cause a lot of concern but thanks to google and several passers by this was eventually sorted. Please note as regular users to access our work place using various types of key locks this was particularly concerning

Our third stay at Nigel’s properties (previous 2 at Beachcomber his other house). As before, I can’t fault anything- the house was just right for us with our 2 young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen, open plan layout downstairs and with the good weather we had the patio doors always open out into the grassy areas behind for the kids to play out when we were inA good base to visit the attractions in the area and within a short walk of the beach (quite a steep path)I think we will be back for our 4th visit next year!

This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

We have stayed at a few of these rentals at the Bay and this one is by far the best. Absolutely lovely, and very clean with no doggy smell. We have dogs but hate that most places that are dog friendly have a doggy smell. The host was lovely and let us have an early check in so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our 1st day. It’s a lovely quiet place great for kids and adults alike. The location to the beach is perfect. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Great weekend break at Beachhaven

Lovely cottage, very cosy and well equipped. We did some lovely walks from the cottage on the beach to filey and the other way to Reighton gap. Facilities on site good, clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We live in Derbyshire with our two teenage sons and cairn terrier. Our cairn terrier loves the beach and wildflower meadow walks, our sons love the gym, the pool and the many other activities on The Bay and we enjoy the fact that everyone else is having a great time.

Why they chose this property

You will not be short of things to do if you are looking for an active break; choose from cycling, golf, fishing, archery. tennis, kayaking, swimming, gym and more. Then relax over a game of pool in the John Paul Jones Pub.
If you prefer a more relaxed break, after a stroll along the beach, pamper yourself in the onsite leisure complex sauna and beauty room before a friendly game of boules and slow bar-be-que back at the cottage.

What makes this property unique

This cottage is in a great location on The Bay complex. It is light and airy; you will just go into "holiday mode" the moment you walk through the door.
