Villa Rock Tropic is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool fully equipped for 18 people, it has wifi and a leisure area to enjoy wonderful holidays with family or friends. The castle and the water games will be put once a week with a monitor and will last 1 hour only for children up to 10 years old. It is located in an urbanization, near supermarket and 3000 meters from the beach. Villa tropic is located in a dead end street you can park your car without problems is a villa that is near the sea and the town. The house has about 350 meters built. It is a house with three floors and the upper floor of the house is closed during the rental season. You can enter from below or from the second floor. From below you will find a very large living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a room, and the play area. Up the stairs you will find another living room, another kitchen, 5 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a terrace.

Property is very nice and comes fully equipped. Only small thing to be aware of is that the air con doesn’t reach the bedroom so they get quite hot in summer. Fans are provided though.

Nice Property in Lloret de mar

Me and 12 other friends stayed at this property for a week. The host was easy to contact and keep in touch with. The area is quite strict with security patrolling the area after 10pm and you are not able to make any noise, play music or use the pool from 10pm-8am which was a shame. But besides that it is a 40 minute walk from the town centre and was a nice property perfect for a big group of friends to go away to.

La zona común de la casa nos ha hecho disfrutar mucho de nuestra estancia. Además todas las estancias estaban limpias. El trato con Alicia ha sido excelente, destacando principalmente su flexibilidad y su atención. En todo momento ha estado atenta cubriendo nuestras necesidades con una actitud increible. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très arrangeants et aux petits soins. Tolles Haus und nette Gastgeber

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, mit 12 jungen Erwachsenen haben wir eine Woche in Lloret in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Räume sind angenehm groß, wodurch die Hitze auch nachts kein Problem darstellt. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Check-in und -out war sehr einfach und die Gastgeber sind super nett und Hilfsbereit. Vorallem die einfache und lokere Kommunikation ist hier hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist auch sehr angenehm. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und man erreicht innerhalb von 20-25 min auch den Strand und die Clubs/Bars. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Beste Grüße Markus

Top Villa für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden!

Die Übergabe des Hauses hat top funktioniert und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Villa bietet viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mit Pingpong und Billardtisch, sowie einem Fussballkasten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gross. Wir haben es sehr genossen!
