Location, location, location! This spacious historical Grade II listed building is situated in the prime position of Kellaway Court, overlooking Hope Square in Brewers Quay, Weymouth.

The location is excellent, with a choice of nearby pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes or choose fresh lobster and crab from the Quayside and dine in. Brewers Quay has a variety of antique shops and a military museum.

The vibrant harbour is only a minute or two away. Cross the nearby bridge or take the gentle rowing ferry across to the other side of the quay and within 5-10 minutes, you have the choice of visiting Weymouth's famous golden beach, or alternatively, take advantage of the well-stocked amenities in and around the main shopping area, comprising well known Department Stores alongside fascinating independent shops.

Santiago House is a contemporary family-friendly home away from home with a well-equipped kitchen, high quality bed linen and newly refurbished bathrooms which are finished to a boutique hotel standard. The Master Bedroom's Super-King bed is luxuriously big. This property especially welcomes families. Travel cot & high chair available, please contact the bookings team to add to your booking. As well as children's crockery there is a large selection of books, toys and DVD's provided.

The decked terrace overlooks Hope Square and Brewers Quay, which in turn are regularly populated by friendly people relaxing over a coffee, or glass of wine, providing a relaxed and happy ambiance. An ideal spot to watch the world go by. Parking is taken care of with two allocated parking spaces in an electronically gated secure residents parking area.

Dorset is equally as well known for it's activities as it is for the quiet life, sailing, fishing and walking to name but a few.

Perfect location

We were a three generation family with a small dog and this property suited all of our needs. The location, just near the harbour, was perfect as we all love our seafood and were spoilt for choice within an easy walk. If you like to holiday with your four legged friends then Weymouth is ideal. The beach closest to the house is dog friendly and all of the bars and restaurants welcome dogs and even serve dog ice-cream. We loved our time here and will definitely return.

Lovely house in great location

Stayed here with our two kids, their partners and our 7 month old grandson to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and had a really lovely time. What a great location being in walking distance of beach, harbour and marina. Layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples and baby in room next to parents on the top floor. Beds and linen oh sooo comfy. So glad we chose this for our celebration.

Perfect family holiday

We planned this holiday to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We had our daughter and partner, and son and family (including our 4 year old twin grandsons) for a family get together. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal for the boys (beach and donkeys) and adults (nearby pubs and restaurants by the harbour). We were also lucky with a week of warm, sunny weather.

Deceptively spacious quirky property. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower in the main bathroom. Tastefully decorated. Stress free secure parking. Perfect family accommodation

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is set in a perfect location within minutes from the town centre shops, harbour and beach. Our group was mainly made up of teenagers and they loved the location. The house is perfectly equipped especially the kitchen which was brand new for our arrival. It really was a home from home and I would definitely re-book and have already recommended to lots of other people. Thank you Maxine!

Perfect location

This property is in the perfect location for exploring Weymouth. Having a pair of car parking spaces right on the harbour was so helpful.We loved having everything on our doorstep, and there is so much to see and do, with wonderful walks right out of the front door.The house itself is a wonderful space and really well equipped. Minor hiccup around check-in, but Maxine sorted it promptly for us and checked we were happy, so no complaints there.Because this is a central location, and all hard floors I would recommend bringing a set of ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and it's worth noting that only one of the bedrooms is en-suiteWe had a lovely relaxing week and were very happy with our choice of property

Even Better than Expected

We had a great time staying at Santiago house. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space in the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans. The laundry machine came in handy. The bedrooms are separated from the main area, which is great if someone wants to go to bed early or take a nap. The location is fabulous, as we were able to get a pint just outside the front door.

The pint must have been very well deserved, as you took part in the Iron-Man Challenge, coming all the way from America. Congratulations! The Red Lion is a firm favourite with our Guests and no wonder, as they serve great food and Jurassic is the beer of choice - or so I am told. Not quite on our doorstep, the Red Lion is situated on Hope Square, so you get the benefit of a short stroll to the local pub and no noise. Win-Win.

Fabulous space in a fabulous location

This is a huge, well-equipped home with everything you could need for a family staycation. The bedrooms are all spacious and make for a great multi-generational stay. There are a lot of stairs, which are to be expected in a three-storey house but when you usually live in a bungalow you get a good cardio workout! The bed linens are divine and the towels massive and fluffy. The secure car parking is an absolute bonus. I think you would struggle to beat it for location - right in the heart of everything, plenty of places to eat within a few steps and only a short walk over to the town and beach. We all had a fabulous time and would love to return one day.

Family holiday.

The property was large enough for our family of six to have their own space. The teenagers could safely walk to the beach and many pubs and restaurants at hand for Grandpa to have a lunch time pint. Perfect for us all ... we loved it.

October Half Term Break

Lovely property in a fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk to the beach with little people! Large communal living, dining and cooking area, which meant the family could spend quality time together in one place. Onsite parking which appears to be unusual for the area and certainly took away the stress of trying to find on street parking after a day out. Felt like a home from home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we would like to return again.

Family Break

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect - so close to town/fantastic Restaurants yet not in the hub of town. The doggies loved it too - lots of wonderful beach walks - The weather was particularly kind to us too. Highly recommend.

We live in London and both work. We also run around like crazy for the children with after-school activities. Their social diaries are jam-packed. We love London, but we also enjoy the fresh air in Weymouth and the chance to press the pause button and relax.

Why they chose this property

With a young family, we were looking for somewhere within easy reach of London where we could enjoy some sea air and simply unwind. Weymouth fitted the bill perfectly. It was the first house we looked at and we both instantly fell in love, buying the house just before the 2012 Olympics. The whole area was on a high and we happily got swept along. It takes us around 2 & half hours from North London, door to door and when the house is free, we just pack up the car and go. Our major surprise has been the food. Dorset excels in fantastic cuisine and we continue to find new exciting places, cooking fresh local produce to the highest standards. When embroiled in the daily grind at home, we look forward to heading off to Santiago House, where the everyday stresses of life get put on hold.

We were lucky to have picked such a fantastic location, as the house overlooks Hope Square in Brewers Quay and it is a pleasure to just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.
