The house is new, was completed in 2005. It has two floors and facades reminiscent of a typical Ibiza. On the ground floor there is a hall, a living room and kitchen, utility room, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room connected with a covered terrace leading to the pool area and barbecue, from which you can see the sea. Upstairs find the master bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. From the master bedroom, access is gained to a large covered terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sunset. IF THERE IS NOT AVAILABILITY VISIT MY OTHER VILLA NUM. B-11010

Very spacious villa, beautiful pool area and BBQ, great for leisurely lunches by the pool! Antonio was the perfect host, always available to answer any questions we had. Short drive to San Antonio but far enough away to not even know it is there. Definitely need a car.

Toni is a fantastic host and the villa is stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough. We had the best week. As others have said, you really need a car as the villa is down a dirt road, so you will want to drive to shops, beach or restaurant, but as long as you have a car, then everything you need is 5 mins drive away. Recommend Suma supermarket for all your groceries, and Magon restaurant. Went with 2 & 4 year old kids, and they loved the holiday. Large amount of free parking at Cala Bassa beach and Port d'es Torrent.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Toni was very kind and helpful when introducing us to the villa and a couple of times when we contacted him. The villa is well laid out with more than enough space for the 4 of us, a great pool and easy to keep an eye on the kids (6 and 8 years) from the house or the bar area. We used the bar area a lot and the barbecue (gas hot plate). Aircon in the rooms. The area is very quiet and peaceful (although some work next door at the time). 25 min walk to Cala Bassa beach with easy access to other west coast beaches. Great supermarket and butcher Es Cuco nearby. Villa recommended for the area.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Toni. Hij is goed bereikbaar en fijn om mee te overleggen. Hij hielp ons waar nodig. Het huis was super schoon op een heerlijk rustige locatie. Er was maar 1 nadeel aan ons verblijf en dat was dat het voor taxi chauffeurs schijnbaar een probleem is om je op te halen. Nou luktte dat bijna altijd wel maar als je pech hebt zoals wij net die ene keer dat we kaartjes hadden voor Cova Santa (woomoon) werden we niet opgepikt.Voor de rest alleen maar lof naar Toni.We hebben ontzettend genoten!

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf in de villa, alles was aanwezig in het huis. De kamers zijn ruim en er is genoeg opbergruimte voorzien. Er is binnen een grote frigo en diepvries aanwezig en zelf buiten staat een kleine frigo. Ideaal als je wil barbecueën buiten of aan het zwembad iets wil drinken. Het was een zalige tijd. We raden het iedereen aan!!

Ons verblijf in de villa van Antonio was heerlijk. De ontvangst en afscheid was heel hartelijk. Het huis voldeed geheel aan onze verwachtingen, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, alles was heel netjes. Voor ons zeker nog een keer voor herhaling vatbaar. Fijn dat het op loopafstand van social beach was. Supermarkt in de nabijheid beschikbaar.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous villa

Just returned from an amazing week at the villa and couldn’t fault our stay. Toni was a charming host. Great communication throughout, he met us at the villa on arrival (which we had no problems finding from the location he sent us) and was helpful with local recommendations. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a very well- equipped kitchen. But the beautiful and generously-sized pool (the photos really don’t do if justice!), outdoor seating areas and barbecue, and stunning sea view sunsets from the first floor balcony, are what set this villa apart. Would recommend an evening trip to Ibiza Old Town for charming cobbled streets and great restaurants.

Why they chose this property

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.

What makes this property unique

The house has a large fenced, closed with an electric gate, so you'll have no trouble parking, there is also a large pool from the terrace you can see the sea, modern hammocks and parasols, and a covered barbecue area that looks like a beach bar even has a small refrigerator. Where you will spend your vacation pleasantly enveloped by the Mediterranean forest that surrounds us.
