About this property

“A casa di Giovanna“ is a modern apartment completely renovated (2022) equipped with all comforts. It is located in a very quiet residential complex, in the heart of the city, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda. After crossing an elegant garden, in the apartment we are greeted by a spacious and very modern living room with: double windows, a terrace from which you can see a slice of the lake or enjoy an excellent aperitif and an elegant, fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a comfortable, spacious and welcoming sofa bed, as well as a 55-inch SMART TV that allows you to use the internet and watch NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME and other similar channels. The structure is also equipped with two bathrooms, complete with toilet, bidet, washing machine, spacious shower and mirror. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, which both have wardrobes, bedside tables, mirror and all comforts. Air conditioning is found in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and multi-storey private parking complete the description of this beautiful apartment, located 400 meters and close to the lake.
The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.

Northern Italy tour

Loft was nicely Appointed, clean. Easy walk to the lake for restaurants, shopping, boat rides. Walkable to train station also. Neighborhood decent. Our GPS was spotty between buildings in the area, which made finding parking lot and loft stressful and difficult. (our first time driving narrow Italian streets and alleys, many one- ways). Having written directions by email a day or two ahead would have been really helpful. Luca had said to "park on Scuole". In our city, there are streets that run off and on for 25 miles. So we were trying to understand what address on Scuole ! And GPS wouldn't bring up the street anyway...... LOL. Doing VRBO's in the US, sometimes we get email directions ahead of time, like : "from the south, turn right on Mazzini drive for 3 blocks, then left on Piazza for 1 block , etc." That really helps if GPS is not reliable in there area, or as backup for that system.

Con qualche cura in più, sarebbe perfetto

La gestione da parte vostra. Casa luminosa, spaziosa, silenziosa, imposizione eccellente. La proprietà dovrebbe assolutamente mettere i topper ai materassi, rinfrescare i muri e sostituire o rivestire il divano. Abbiamo trovato le stoviglie sporche, le pulizie finali dovrebbero prevedere una macchinata delle stoviglie.

Großartiger Gruppenurlaub

Die Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind super. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung - am besten hat uns gefallen dass es 2 komplett ausgestattete Bäder gibt. Einziger Nachteil der Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört war für uns nicht nutzbar da wir mit einem Kleinbus angereist sind allerdings gibt es für 8 € am Tag einen öffentlichen Parkplatz 100 Meter entfernt.
