The apartment has been recently restored to provide modern and spacious open-plan living. It is beautifully furnished and equipped throughout. It has an extensive DVD collection should you want to relax in the evenings, and a comprehensive selection of guide books to enable you to explore Rome. The apartment is on the first floor and has a secluded terraced garden which nestles into the Giannicolo hill - perfect for eating outside. In addition to a large open-plan lounge, there are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, a TV and DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, and hi-fi. The marble bathroom has a bath/shower. The apartment has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor.

Clean and cozy

Spacious apartment, easy to access. Large kitchen with everything you would need. Easy check in with friendly staff who gave us great dinner recommendations. Really liked the patio. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place

Great Apartment in a Great Location

Very spacious, modern apartment well located in a quiet area of Trastevere. Easy walking and well connected to transit. Kitchen is well equipped and outdoor space is great. Management company is very responsive on any questions and provides a useful link for local attractions. Apartment entrance is in the interior of a building complex, but Uber pick up/drop off is well marked in the app. Just a few stairs up to the apartment from the street. All in a great stay.

Location is tucked away in a quirky little area which makes it both nice and secluded but also difficult to find and reach. Apartment is as advertised: clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out (2 adults and 2 teen children). Patio was nice for coffee and/or wine with simple and nice furniture. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. 2 Blocks walking to tram that goes everywhere. Two blocks the other way to a wonderful little piazza (San Cosimato) area with nice restaurants, pastry, gelato. Would certainly return.

Spacious, Modern Apartment in Trastavere

Spacious, clean, modern apartment in hip neighborhood of Trastavere. Safe, secure, close to major sights. Patio is lovely and washing machine works well. The main bedroom mattress was too firm but they brought a topper that fixed the problem. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. Note however that there is no microwave, or any CDs to play on the “hi-fi” (an old portable CD player). But you can use Bluetooth to play your music through the TV speaker, so it’s not needed. Aside from some minor issues (bathroom soap dispensers weren’t full on arrival, and it would be nice to have extra towels for bath and kitchen), overall we had a great stay!
