"The House" is situated on a quiet hill with magnificent views of the entire Bay of Palma and the surrounding countryside. Only 15 minutes from the airport and the capital Palma. A golf course is only 2 minutes away and Playa de Palma beach only 15 minutes.
The property is home from home with everything you will need. Extensive exterior and interior reforms have been made in early 2022!
Free WIFI is available throughout the house. The property is a home from home, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The large terrace around the pool invites you to spend relaxing days, sunbathing or playing in the pool with the whole family. At the end of the day, let the romantic sunset enchant you as you relax and watch the world go by.
When the automatic entrance gate opens, it offers you a direct view of the three-storey house. The garage with parking space for 2 cars and storage space for bicycles is located in the basement. Likewise, further utility and storage rooms are located there. All living rooms and bedrooms are on the ground floor. This consists of four double bedrooms: one with a large family bathroom directly attached, one with a bathroom also directly attached and two with a shared bathroom. The living area impresses with its large full ceiling height lounge and large sofa. A satellite TV and a DVD and music centre are available for the entertainment of the whole family. Direct access to the terrace, pool and garden takes you outside. Adjacent to the living area is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as a breakfast area overlooking the pool and easy access to the terrace for outdoor dining.
Upstairs are just locked private rooms located.
The gorgeous pool with easy entry and exit is the focal point of the outdoor area. The surrounding sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols invites you to relax and linger. In addition, the covered terrace with sofas awaits you for relaxing evening hours while you enjoy the view over the bay of Palma.
Adjacent is the outdoor dining area with a large gas barbecue. The gardens with fascinating old olive trees surround the house. The remaining plot of approx. 9,000 sqm is wooded.
There is a 2 m high fence around the entire property. There are video cameras outside and along the perimeter of the property. These are directed at the course of the fence and are for the safety of the guests. No private zones are filmed.

Excellent house, great holiday!

We are a family of 5, including 3 teenage kids. Everything about the villa was perfect for us. Plenty of space, all household facilities, excellent pool area, good BBQ, timely and clear communication with the host etc. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A car is necessary but this was known in advance. We were very happy with the week we spent in the house. Recommended!

Absolutely Amazing Property

The place is unbelievable. It’s actually like paradise. The location is only 15mins from the airport. I would strongly recommend a car, especially if you’re going to visit the shops / Palma / other towns etc . The bedrooms are perfect, the lounge is amazing , The pool is outstanding. Villa is nicely spaced out for my family of 7, 4 good sized bedrooms a big lounge and kitchen along with a lovely pool area. The villa owner was also really helpful and even offered to take us to the airport if the taxi didnt turn up. Villa is in a good location yo dri e to several main resorts, so theres lots of choice for restaurants. Will definitely come back.

Lovely modern house in the hills, not far from Palma. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, aircon in the bedrooms. Huge living room and modern kitchen with a fantastic view. Really loved it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing!

This is a truly stunning property in a quiet location with amazing views. There is literally nothing this villa lacks in terms of amenities, furniture, accessories,kitchen-ware etc - it is set up like a home and has everything you could possibly need. The property is huge and the outdoor space is also vast. The pool is large and beautifully maintained. The owner was very efficient and always available if we needed any help/advice. Check in and check out was simple. We had a fabulous holiday here and would highly recommend this property - it has been our best villa holiday so far! Thank you Emma.

Without doubt a fabulous villa and ideally suited for families. Unfortunately, not ideal for 4 mature male golfers as there are no amenities nearby, necessitating taxis into Palma. Recommendations: Provide a welcome pack, There was no salt/pepper, Fans req'd in kitchen/dining area, more pillows to be provided, more than one tea towel should be supplied, change of towels and TV operating instructions. Would be good if charcoal BBQ was operational. Eating al fresco good but a problem with biting insects hence comment about fans

Overall we had a nice stay. Property is in a quiet area, felt safe. Good size home and was even nicer than photos. Views are lovely. Owners have updated furniture so any reviews about furniture in bad repair no longer apply.We wanted to explore all of Mallorca during our 8 day stay and location was good to do so. No more than an hour to get to furthest location and only about 20 minutes on good roads to get into Palma. You definitely need a car. Pickup at the house by taxi or uber is very challenging.Alll VRBO staff were helpful. Things to consider when booking however... the house was hot! It was as advertised with air con in bedrooms only. I assumed that there would be nice breezes through the house and/or fans. Neither was the case.The living areas of the house were always at 30 degrees Celcius (86F). We bought a couple space fans and left them with the house. Hopefully the owners will allow future guests to use them. Ceiling fans would have been a great help as well. We are from a warm climate but this was challenging for us. We booked the home so that our group could all be together but most ended up staying in the cool bedrooms when at the house.We had some minor issues with ants but that was probably due to the heat. Nothing serious, no big infestation at all, or reason not to rent but home could use a little bit of pest control. Not within walking distance to restaurants or shops but only 5-10 min to nearest village and 20 min to Palma.

Schöne Finca mit herrlicher Weitsicht. Alles hat prima geklappt. Einzige Minuspunkte: Auf der Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschutz (wird sehr heiss!) und in einem Schlafzimmer konnte ein Fenster nicht abgedunkelt werden (Fensterläden fehlen).

Nice but in need of TLC

We stayed at the property for two weeks. We had a nice time but the property is not quite what the photos show. These must be a few years old as the property itself is in need of some maintenance. For example: Floor tiles are chipping, rooms and linen smell musty, living room furniture is ripped and needs replacing. One umbrella base was completely rusted and almost fell on us. Considering the price tag this property comes with we would have hoped for a bit more of the luxury the photos depicted. The reality is a property that has a lot of wear and tear and is in need of refurbishment. Whilst the management, especially Christian are very friendly and helpful we also couldn’t help but feel the checkout to be a bit demeaning with someone coming to inspect the state of each room and the bins. Again- not the luxury experience they’re trying to sell. Saying this we did still enjoy our stay. The pool area (where we did spend most of the time) is very nice. The pool is lovely, the terrace very comfortable and the gas BBQ worked very well.

Sehr schöne Immobilie mit tollem Außenbereich und phantastischer Fernsicht. Sehr ruhig und gefühlt mitten in der Natur. Leider sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche und besonders der Inhalt war sehr schmutzig und klebrig. Alles war voller Essensreste. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig und ich denke das Geschirr/Besteck wurde nicht auf Sauberkeit geprüft. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde scheinbar noch nie gereinigt. Bis jetzt, von mir! Alles voller Hundehaare,denn auch der Staubsauger funktioniert nicht mehr. Bettwäsche und Handtücher musste ich sofort waschen. Es roch alles sehr modrig. Es gab Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser. Das wurde jedoch umgehend behoben. In den Badezimmer waren sehr viele Ablagen und Regale verrostet und sehr schmutzig. Ich könnte mir vorstellen das diese Umstände dem kürzlichen Eigentümerwechsel geschuldet sind und hoffe das der neue Eigentümer alle Mängel abstellen lässt. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter/Verwalter sind sehr nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Sehr flexibel und unkompliziert bei an und Abreise.

Very beautiful house with everything you need

Thanks to this lovely house and the hospitality of Emma, we had a great time in Mallorca! The house is very beautiful with nice views over the island. The house has everything you need and more beyond what you would expect. Very spacious rooms and beautiful kitchen. Nice patio where you can hang out as well and 2 BBQs (gas and coal) basically next to the pool. The location was good but for our group (8 friends) it would have been better to have it closer town for example, you need a car to go anywhere. Emma is really nice and a good communicator. Would definitely book again!

Wunderbare Villa in Top Lage

Tolle Villa ca. 15-20 min von Palma entfernt. Atemberaubender Blick Richtung Palma. Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Emma ist eine super Vermieterin. Immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert. Bei der Musiklautstärke muss man ein wenig Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nehmen. Ein Auto benötigt man für die Einkäufe. Sonst alles wie beschrieben top!!!!

Wow, a real chillout!

Just been to Emma's house for an extended weekend break. What a lovely welcoming hostess who made you feel that her home was your home. Lovely country house in a very quiet location yet just 15 mins to the buzz of Majorca including beaches (car is essential). House had everything you needed like a garden, a verandah, welcoming pool when you're too hot, pool towels and toys, hairdryers, washing machine, wifi, tv. Because the house is located inland we ventured out to local inland restaurants and enjoyed some of the best food - Sa Torre, Sa Cuina de N'Aina, Es Rustic Petit Restaurant. Hope to revisit and thank you.

We, that's Christian and Jenny, met at the end of 2016 and when our acquaintance asked us in 2019 if we could help her manage the finca, we were happy to take on the new task. Cindy joined us in 2021 and has completed our team. She takes over the cleaning, as well as the check-in and check-out. We love working with people, but also look forward to the free evening hours when we can cuddle together with our cats or enjoy the sunset on the terrace. On the side, we also take care of a colony of street cats - it never gets boring, you can believe that. At the weekends, Jenny is drawn out into nature and the fascinating surroundings of the Tramuntana mountains are explored on long hikes, while Christian relaxes from the work week in the pool or in the garden and takes care of the food in advance so that it can be eaten as soon as Jenny comes back hungry from the tour. We also like to eat out at the weekend and our absolute favourite restaurant is L'Artista on Playa de Palma. But of course, we have already tried all the restaurants and can therefore give lots of tips. Cindy is usually very busy, but she always finds time to go out for dinner and likes to keep us company, so we have a good time together not only in the finca, but also in our free time.

Despite the proximity to the airport and the impressive view, there is no aircraft noise, and you can enjoy the location amid nature in peace.
