The house is new, was completed in 2012. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, utility room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room and the kitchen connected with a covered terrace, the kitchen connected to small covered terrace which leads you to the BBQ and the pool area. Upstairs we have two bedrooms NOW WITH AIR CONDITIONING ALL BED ROOMS, and a bathroom with shower connected to a small outdoor terrace, communicating with the bedrooms there is a covered terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sunset. These floor has also an outdoor terrace with magnificent views.

Perfect stay

Our stay was really enjoyable. The house was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of space around the property, and the swimming pool was excellent. The house is secured with multiple doors and an alarm system. We stayed here for six days, and communication with the owner was smooth and quick. We will definitely come back!

High quality stay with friends in this quiet Finka a little outside of San Antoni. We had the most relaxing vacation you could get. Though the action was never further away than a short drive to town. We will definitly do it again.

Our stay at Toni's villa in Ibiza was incredible! The beautiful villa with a pool and its surrounding nature was the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun time with friends. Toni, our host, was incredibly hospitable and made sure we would arrive in a nice clean villa and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at Toni’s place. The house was perfect for 2 couples and one toddler! It was in a great location and we were able to explore so much of the island. The pool area was amazing to come home to each afternoon and Toni was so lovely to communicate with! We will definitely come back to this house and stay longer next time. Gracias Toni!!!

The villa was beautiful and the pictures just don’t do it justice. Toni was a perfect host, very helpful and communication was great. Please don’t be put off by the location, the bus stop is only a short walk away. We spent all of our time around the pool area, it is fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you book. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

What a wonderful property. Im not quite sure where to start. It has everything you need, escape areas, escape rooms, fully equipped kitchen, easy to use gas bbq, immaculate, pool towels, hand soaps, and even complimentary strawberries and water for arrival. Wonderful owner and his wife have done a grand job. Would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Recommend hiring a car as Villa down a dusty road and getting a taxi wasn’t always easy! Antonio was very accommodating and helpful unlike HomeAway who caused so much stress over the final payment we ended up paying Antonio direct!

Family holiday

A wonderful stay with 5 adults and 1 toddler. Very hot at midday during August but plenty of shade and space inside the villa to keep a toddler happy and occupied during peak hours. Aircon good and we all slept well. Upper floors couldn't hear toddler crying at night if woke up. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked meals at the villa every day. Pool and garden lovely, comfortable and relaxing. Great BBQ/grill area. The area is small, easy to access. Beach is relaxed and really family friendly, spent lots of time bere in the evening with toddler. Lots of other families. Nice local restaurants and shops. You would really benefit from a car in this area. It was my first time driving abroad and I didn't struggle. Our host Antonio could not have been more welcoming. We arrived late after a difficult journey and he made us feel calm and at home right away. His communication has been excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again for a family holiday.

Lots of great seating areas

We had a great week in June. The long drive down the private road to the villa is definitely worth it! It’s well tucked away behind key fob operated gates. The owner is security conscious and the house is alarmed. We didn’t really have many questions but Antoni stressed he was available if we needed him. He has another villa next door. We loved the different seating areas. And the sun beds by the pool were great. The pool is a decent size for fun and games (it’s deep for a good half the length) and we comfortably fitted two lilos. You’re literally swimming in a forest which is pretty amazing. There are tall trees around two sides of it. We moved to the balcony when the sun disappeared behind them. You can also see the sea in the distance from the first floor balcony. And the nearest beach is about a 10 minutes drive away. The kitchen has just about all of the basic requirements. The AC worked well. We didn’t watch TV as we didn’t take an HDMI cable but we didn’t have time anyway. A week wasn’t long enough!

Het huis was ruim voor 6 personen, met veel verschillende zitjes buiten op het terras en op de balkons. Helaas was het af en toe slecht weer, maar dan was er binnen voldoende ruimte.Badkamers en slaapkamers waren schoon en ruim, met voldoende opbergruimte. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij spreekt goed Engels en bij problemen reageert hij snel.

Why they chose this property

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.
