This unit is truly a choice from its location in the stack near the beach.This unit has everything brand new with a total renovation. Our condos at Top of the Gulf on South Thomas Drive are located in the center of all the events.This condo features a queen bed,42 inch flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, and walk in shower. We also provide Free WiFi in the room and in season (3/1-10/31 Free Beach Service with reserved two beach chairs & umbrella which is an additional daily value. The condo is Gulf-Front with no streets to cross. All you see is beautiful white sand and emerald green waters. We manage our own units. The pictures that are posted are the actual condos. Easy check-in includes receiving a code after payment.

Top of the Gulf is a private condominium with its own security, pool, seasonal snack bar, and a short boardwalk to the beach. We are located within walking distance of nightclubs, restaurants, and golfing. Other close-by water activities include jet-skiing, charter-boat fishing, para-sailing, kayaking, and moped/bicycle rentals. Pier Park is approximately 6 miles.

So relax and come your beach vacation.Cancellations are required 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days. However, you may be given another time to visit at the owner's discretion. There is an administration fee of $100 for all cancellations.

The room was adequate.

The VRBO sit stated washer and dryer but there isn’t one in the room. It should say washer and dryer access. Good view and the room was decorated so cute.

Beautiful Updated Room

Room is completely updated with beautiful decor. Nice kitchen and tile shower. Well appointed with every thing you need. Lovely view of the ocean! Be sure to bring an extra mirror - this unit doesn’t have those 1980’s mirrors that most units have.

It’s a perfect little condo for 2 or even parents with small kids. Great view, adorable decorations and clean. There isn’t a balcony and it is a little walk around to beach but the price made all that ok!! We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

Came down for a girl’s trip! Had a wonderful experience! We have stayed at Top of The Gulf for several years now and I must stay this has been my favorite room yet! Very clean place with a beautiful view of the ocean! Would recommend and stay here again! Only minor problem we had was the slow drain in the shower, but that was the least of our worries! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nice place to stay close to the beach!

This was a nice little place to stay right on the beach. However, there was no quick way to walk to the beach. You had to walk through the entire complex to get to where you could enter the beach. There is no balcony and this is a minus for this place as well. Also, there is a night club right next door that was loud on most nights. If there is a band and you have the windows open, you could hear everything. There was no snack bar at the pool that I am used to having. And there was no working ice machine. Other than that, the place was very comfortable and I would stay here again for the price.

Great location but.....

We loved the location and view of this condo. But there were several negatives: the smell in the condo was of stale smoke or it was just a stale condo. We bought Glade air freshener but it still wasn't enough to mask the smell. The windows are nice and big but it would be nice if the fingerprints were wiped down. There was a bloodstain on the bed cover and for being in the condo 4 nights, there was only a starter pack (2 and 1/2 rolls) of toilet paper and they were the cheaper small single ply rolls. It was not stated that we would not receive anymore rolls otherwise we would have bought more when we were at the store.

Very happy with our stay!!! Will be back!!!

This was the first family beach vacation we have taken in a few years. It was my husband, 2 daughters, 14 & 11, and myself. We all loved our unit and the complex. We ran into The owners of our unit during our stay and they were very nice and wanted to be sure everything was to our liking. The view from this room is amazing. I was worried about not having a private balcony, but the public balconies were near our unit and never crowded and were very nice. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were very nice and convenient. WiFi was also provided in this unit. It has everything you will need in the kitchen and was decorated just a you see in the pictures. We had ZERO issues in the 5 days we stayed. I was leary about some of the bad reviews I saw online about the whole complex, but they must have done an amazing amount of work in the past few years because We have no complaints. We will definitely be booking this unit in the future!! Can't wait for next Summer!!!
