Wonderful place to stay
Exceptionally clean and a real home-from-home experience. Felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.
The cottage was ideally situated within metres of convenience store, fish and chip shop and post office. Local pub 200 metres away serving excellent food and a real ale treehouse.
Beach was an easy 10 minute stroll but the dunes offered great walking experiences for our dogs which were even closer.
Locals very friendly and welcoming.

nice cosy cottage, great location
We have just returned from prospect cottage and had a lovely week, winterton being a favourite holiday location. The cottage is nicely furnished with plenty of room for four of us. We made use of the third bedroom as my husband found the double mattress too hard so it came in handy! Disappointed to find no freezer so had to return frozen items from our grocery delivery, no DVD player or dvds, would be nice on wet days and no shower which we knew but would have been nice. It is the only place we had to feed an electricity meter which ran out on Wednesday, it had been fed with £12 worth and was not used excessively, beware if staying winter time as heating is storage heating and would increase your expenditure above the rental charge.
