The Warren is a perfect seaside cottage whether for a short break or longer stay, whatever the time of year, a real home from home, the open fire makes it feel really homely & cozy, our Rhodesian Ridgeback Leia loved it,the warren is ideally located within a few steps to a wonderful clean unspoiled dog friendly beach "our favorite" in the uk.I would highly recommend a stay at the warren. 10/10 from all of us, many thanks for making happy memories during our stay.

I went with my family last year, our first holiday in Norfolk.
I have booked it again this year, same cottage, same month, do I need to say more. This is not a show home it gives the appearance of a lived in cottage. But has everything you need and the proximity to the beach is a real bonus. We had dogs and walking them was easy, there is one beach you cannot take them on (unless you're a local it appears) but fair enough. The beaches are safe, but check the tide times, you could find yourself a long way out when the tide comes in.

This is nice old cottage with sunny garden and friendly neighbours. Its quite dark and cool inside, but that’s a plus on a hot day. Only gripe was the blunt kitchen knives, no ice tray and the beds were too firm for me.

This is a lovely homely cosy cottage.
This is a lovely homely cosy cottage.the picture do not do it justice.it is right on a huge sandy beach, perfect for dog walking. The location is a good base for exploring the area. Cottage was well equipped with lovely welcome touches such as freshly baked bread, fire ready to go, biscuits, milk and even eggs awaiting us..would recomend this cottage and we will be back. There are limited amenities. A well stocked premier with two take aways walking distance.poachers pocket in Walcott's is about a mile and a half away but worth a visit.

I think pics on site don’t do property justice and while decor and contents may not be in great condition with dogs this I actually a bonus . It is extremely cosy and warm with the open fire . Location right near the beach is amazing and to hear and see the sea a joy . Unfortunately the tight turning parking bay off the narrow off road track meant coming and going was a bit of a challenge with our big car ..and one we wouldn’t try in the dark . if we went again it would need to be in a smaller vehicle . Local pub had closed down and is up for sale . Local shop however very well stocked and we found a pub we could walk to along the beach in 25 mins (daylight hours ! ) lots to do in local area so overall a lovely break despite rubbish weather !

Great access to beach with allocated parking. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Beautiful cottage and personal touches by owner on arrival. Table laid with fresh bread and butter and scones. Very comfy bed. Only one very minor complaint is that fridge was too small.

Great cottage, loved the fresh baked bread on arrival, would of been the perfect location if the beach hadn’t been closed all week for sandscaping work. But take that out and it was a great base to explore north Norfolk.

Lovely warm and comfortable cottage.
Lovely warm and comfortable cottage. Wonderful welcome pack including homemade bread straight from the oven and new laid eggs from the owner's hens. Would certainly recommend it with the only proviso being rather steep steps both to the cottage and onto the beach. Not a problem for us but could be for people with mobility problems. Our dog loved the beach and the cottage is perfectly located to explore the northern area of Norfolk.

It’s the best equipped holiday cottage we’ve stayed in.
It’s the best equipped holiday cottage we’ve stayed in. Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Not a lot to do in the area though and it rained day after day unfortunately. The dogs loved Bacton Woods which is a short drive away. My only negative point about the cottage is that the shower curtain was a bit grubby. The local pub The Poacher’s Pocket and the Cafe Sugar and Spice both serve great food.
