About this property

White Sands Village Recently remodeled Great location

ALOHA,
This is Paradise! Our unit is in the very back of the complex on the top floor so all you hear are birds chirping and your views are tree tops and the beautiful tropical and ocean view
The fans and fan lights in all rooms are new with remote controls
We have done a lot of remodeling to bring our condo up to date. The master bedroom has its own bath and king-size bed. Guest room has a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. The complex is located at, world famous White Sands Beach (AKA Disappearing Sands Beach) is right across the street, and an excellent snorkel beach with plenty of Honu's is a mile up the road.

This is and has been a NO-SMOKING condo.

We always stay at Vrbo‘s because we love the kitchen. This was probably my favorite Vrbo ever. It was stocked with everything you can imagine perfectly with lots of extra stuff on standby. We will definitely be staying here again.

Welcoming host. Walking distance to magic (white) sands beach. Host was responsive, access to the space was very easy. We would definitely stay here again! Couple with 10 year old celebrating son’s birthday. He loved the recliner chair, the boogie boards, the game of LIFE, and his own room with the different color lights.

perfect!

This condo was a perfect fit for my young adult son and I! We loved the location, view, beach access and pool area. The pool table was an unexpected bonus that my son enjoyed. We are both looking forward to returning!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. The shower in the master bathroom could use an update, but other than that the condo was updated and comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the condo.

Great Stay / Perfect Location

Easy checkin / checkout. Great lanai with view of the ocean. The beach gear provided for use was an added bonus! Pool area was great with a nice covered area with several grills. Overall clean, comfortable and a great location!

Tree Top Condo

On the 3rd floor the balcony put you right at the tree tops. Perfect for bird watching and still see the sunsets over the Pacific. It is in the furthest building from Ali’i drive so very quiet and private. The condo is very well equipped and updated thermostat and front door lock was convenient. Clean quiet and comfortable is the trifecta for a wonderful holiday.

First time with VRBO

We enjoyed the location and the lanai. Beds were not made when we arrived. Found out 3 days later the cleaners never showed up before our arrival. So bedding there was not washed. Then host asked if cleaners could come clean while we were there. Host does not live in area so there is no quality control to make sure cleaners are doing their job.

Nice location, patio needs some TLC

Door was unlocked when we showed up. The lanai has a no shade , the old one appears missing/broken, no lounge chairs, a huge tall wooden table with high uncomfortable chairs. Location is good , near the beach.

Great location, Great condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great (probably the best beach in Kona across the street), the condo was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (worked great with our 2 teenage boys), well equipped. Very private Lanai, super quiet, dedicated parking spot. Internet works great (again 2 teenage boys ; ) ). Beth was very responsive and helpful, highly recommended. The ++ : Kitchen fully stacked, beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella, etc..

Happy Hawaii

We have stayed in the complex 3 other times and love the location, pool and amenities. The unit itself is very nice, and the view from the lanai can't be beat. Our one minus is the DVD player listed as in the unit had been removed. A streaming service had been added but without instructions it was difficult to navigate. Since we couldn't play our movies we watched TV in the master bedroom in the evening. Over all a good stay though.

Convenient and Comfortable Home

The property is well maintained. The condo is exactly as described. It is nice to hear the birds and you can see gorgeous sunsets from the Lanai. The owners are very responsive as well as the managers for the condo. It is very comfortable for a couple and a family. It is a well stocked kitchen. If you want peace and quiet, this is the spot. We definitely will come back.

Perfect lodging

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Super easy check in, condo was very clean, confortable beds and lots of amenities (towels, cooler with ice packs, snorkelling gear, boogies board and more!) for the beach and even some commodity food. We lèves to have 2 bathrooms and really felt like home. Location is good too, in front of a family beach with fun ocean to play in… and Beautiful sea turtles and fishes right off the ocean! Owner were really generous with us. We are very thankful for this stay. Julie, Math and Theo :)

Great stay!

The condo was great! Location is amazing! We could see the sunset from the lanai, and watched from there if we didnt feel like running the 30 seconds across the street to the beach. Almost daily saw whale spouts/breaching. Place was clean, easily accessible, and the A/C at night was amazing (for these Canadians! Haha) Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans that we needed. And the satelite/smart tv was great to have to watch the news/surf conditions for the morning, and for the kids to chill out to a show or movie at the end of the day. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Excellent property and amenities

We chose the 2 bedroom property because we traveled with 16 year old grandson. The bedrooms were fine, the kitchen was wonderful with induction range, dishwasher, dishes and cookware all top notch. The lanai was lovely, and there was an assortment of snorkel gear, beachmat and chairs, all things that made using the beach (and pool) easy without needing extra purchases. The only minor inconvenience we tried to address by emailing the owners (as requested in their info sheet), but never got a response. Overall a great experience. We would return in a heartbeat!

Convenient location and peaceful condo

This was great for our siblings trip! Right next to a beach for us to stroll down to in the mornings. Can see the water from the lanai and hear the birds singing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. And the beach gear was fantastic to use on our beach adventures! A few things to note, the outlets are a little funky for charging things. and they did have some construction near the condo that you could hear a few of the mornings we were there. Nothing too crazy but work us up a few times. That being said we’d certainly stay there again!
