Welcome to our stunning villa in Gocek, Turkey with private garden and pool.

Gocek is less well known to the British than some other places but don't let this put you off - it is a lovely place. It is where the smart Turkish set go on holiday and, even though most of the locals speak good English, it still feels wonderfully undiscovered. Gocek Royal is an exclusive development of 11 luxury villas just outside Gocek with its stunning coastline, marinas and restaurants. No7 Gocek Royal was completed in late 2013 to an extremely high specification. This is a truly stunning and very stylish villa with exceptional build quality and classy materials used throughout. The villa is all of the building that you see in the photos with 225 sq. metres of accommodation on 3 floors, with the open plan living area in the middle, making it ideal for two families. The villa has been interior designed throughout and is fitted out to the highest standard. It is fully air-conditioned. The traditional Mediterranean garden includes a jacuzzi and good sized swimming pool - these are private, belonging to the villa, and are surrounded by hardwood decking. There are gates on the veranda so small children can play without parents worrying about them falling in the pool. This need not be a self catering holiday. Gocek has lots of restaurants, there are delis in the village which deliver and there is nice take away food.
There is an English speaking concierge service included in the price so your holiday will be very easy

Getting there

The best way to get to the villa the first time is to use a taxi / transfer.
If coming by car from Dalaman, as the dual carriageway passes through the back of Gocek, when you get to the BP garage, turn left, then right behind the workshops, then first left, then left again, then right at the top and Gocek Royal is the next right. No 7 is half way down on the left.

Fantastic Villa & Holiday!

we have been to Göcek many times now and this is by far the most beautiful place we have stayed. the villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and a wonderfully peaceful and private place to stay. highly recommend this villa, we will definitely return, the sooner the better!

Lovely villa

The villa was absolutely lovely & had everything we needed. The pool was a massive highlight, exactly the right size & temperature for the adults & children in our group. Mark was extremely helpful with the check in & familiarisation process. Gocek town is beautiful & less than 10 minutes away by taxi. Overall, the villa is a great choice for those looking for a quiet, family-friendly holiday in a lovely spot.

A beautiful clean villa

We had a lovely time staying for 5 nights here. The children loved the pools and playing hide and seek around the villa. Location was lovely, very peaceful and quiet. The Villa was very clean, can not fault it. Ibo was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would recommend this villa to family and friends looking for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful villa and we had a wonderful stay.

Stunning villa and was very comfortable for eight of us. Mark (the agent) was a little difficult to get in contact with until the week before our arrival - but once there he was very helpful. The villa was wonderful and luxurious - a couple of items that could be added to make it even more fabulous are - for the kitchen a salad dryer, a garlic press and a citrus squeezer and generally for the house a dustpan and brush/vacuum cleaner. Rob (the owner) was always helpful and very quick to respond - I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone considering it. Ros July 22

Amazing Villa in a beautiful setting

The villa is beautiful and very well positioned. A 5 min taxi ride to the centre of Göcek. All the bedrooms are a great size and the villa was perfect for our large family. The villa is great and the pool area is lovely, wooden area around the pool was a relief with a 3 year old (just remember flip flop as gets very hot) and the shaded veranda is perfect for keeping little ones out of the sun. One tiny negative was how bare the villa was on arrival, no cloths or surface wipes or even salt and pepper from previous occupiers, which we thought was strange. A quick trip to the supermarket sorted this out. Mark was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed two private boat trips and ate out every night in Gocek. We would recommend the Villa and Göcek to everyone but perhaps want to keep it our secret :)

Fantastic villa for visiting Gocek

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of this villa (7 Gocek Royal) and found there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The villa is well situated, with established gardens providing good privacy from neighbours, and well located, being just a 3 minute taxi ride from Gocek marina. We had no problems using the cheap local taxis to take us to and from dinner. We booked this at short notice and the owner was very accomaditing and responsive. In addition, the local contact (Mark) was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic high end villa and resort

The villa is absolutely fantastic, 5 star luxury in a beautiful setting. The pool and tub are gorgeous and the inside of the villa is top end. Each room is spacious with a great finish and the whirlpool bath in the master bedroom is a great touch. Gocek is really relaxed with some great restaurants. The Q-Lounge (our favourite) has amazing views, is sophisticated but relaxed and would highly recommend the tasting menu (pan Asian). Would definitely come and stay again.

Stayed for a couple of weeks end of August as we wanted somewhere we could meet family who live abroad, and turkey is an easy destination to get to. Gocek is a great destination for families or couples and older people looking for a relaxing destination with a good selection of restaurants a few bars and lots of excursions, boat trips etc. Not for youngsters wanting clubs etc. The villa is huge of a very high standard everything was clean and all four rooms are large. The pool and jacuzzi are great and kids and adaults will love it. The jacuzzi in the main room was fun to. Mark the local rep is on call and cant do enough for you, and we met a local taxi driver Ozjan who just spent the whole time running us everywhere we wanted to go. Nearest beach is a ten minute drive and the Taxis are very cheap. But for a family you could easily spend most of your holiday in the villa, especially the kids in the pool. I've been booking villas for a few years now and this is the best one we have stayed in and it never ceases to amaze me the standard of accommodation you get for your holiday compared to the usual package holiday rubbish and at a fraction of the price. We had a great time and i would recommend it to both friends and family.

Ultimate relaxation

This luxury villa was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The description was accurate and I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in this gorgeous part of Turkey. The property is ideal for extended families or adult groups. The views are lovely, although only the upstairs bedrooms have a view of the sea. There is an excellent new hamman (Turkish bath) at the bottom of the road, which offers all sorts of pampering treats as well as a superb classic hamman experience at a very reasonable 50TL. The petrol station at the end of the road is also a mini market, sells gorgeous fresh bread and fresh fruit and vegetables. It is also the drop off/pick up point for Dolmush to Fethiye and beyond. The Dolmush to Dalaman, Dalyan etc can be caught on the opposite side of the road. There are numerous excellent restaurants in the centre of Gocek, at all price levels. I would particularly recommend the Kebab Hospital, which offers excellent local dishes at low prices and has been in existence for years. A boat trip is a must and there are numerous gulets offering day trips to a number of bays, usually serving delicious freshly cooked meals and a chance to swim. Be prepared to use local taxis (which are very good and reliable), unless you hire a car, as the villa is some distance from the centre of Gocek.

Amazing

This villa is totally luxurious and an amazing place to holiday. The setting is quiet, tropical and has a beautiful back drop. Hours of fun in the pool which is perfect depth & temperature. The house is cool, enormous, clean, bright, beautiful & designed to perfection. Bedrooms are large, stylish & well served with a bathroom each! The Jacuzzi bath is ultimate luxury. The town is great with an amazing choice of restaurants serving great fresh food and the most friendly service we have ever come across. An easy journey from the airport too. What is not to love? We loved staying here so much we promised to return next year! And the year after! 100% recommended

Gocek Royal

Stayed in a stunning new build villa. Extremely spacious with the two sleeping areas divided by the living area at ground floor. Very good specification and the veranda overlooking the private pool and garden is the ideal spot for outside eating/relaxing gin & tonic. Easily contactable and friendly taxi company meant getting into Gocek (5 mins max) was easy so car not necessary unless exploring further. Great and cheap local restaurants in town and well worth taking a boat tour around the bay. Will definitely return.

Why they chose this property

My parents lived in Gocek for 12 years and loved it. We have had many holidays there. I decided to buy 7 Gocek Royal for the family to use for holidays - we hope that one day we will be able to spend a lot more time there. When I first saw the villa being built I fell in love with it. It was brand new and a wonderful place to spend a holiday.

The first time you see the views at Gocek it literally takes your breath away. Geographically I have not seen anywhere more beautiful. The people are lovely - totally genuine and extremely friendly.

It is hard to describe how lovely the villa is. Total luxury inside, a wonderful private pool and garden and a lovely peaceful location with security from really friendly guys. It is so very hard to leave at the end of a holiday there!

What makes this property unique

Gocek Royal really is very exclusive. There is nothing else like it in the area - everyone knows that these are the best villas in Gocek. This is not a cheap villa to rent or own but it is a very special place to stay and well worth the money.

The villa is set back from the town in the foothills to the mountains. It is very peaceful with a wonderful smell of pine trees and Jasmin. The sea front is only about a mile away. Gocek is an easy place to stay. Everything you need and the people are wonderful. There are classy shops, bars and restaurants nestling in stunning scenery.

The bottom line is that you just feel special when at Gocek Royal. It is absolutely gorgeous.
