The luxury detached Villa is situated within the acclaimed Jardines de Nerja Urbanisation in Nerja; an oasis of beautifully maintained properties and gardens. Well equipped and modern, it features 4 good sized bedrooms to sleep 8 people, however, there is plenty of space in the games room if you want to erect an additional 2 camp beds for the kids. The Villa has a large enclosed garden and two terraces. It is quiet and commands excellent mountain & sea views. The Villa has a floor area of 250 square metres on three floors and the property features quality furnishings and marble and tiled floors throughout. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The bedrooms on the lower level stay relatively cool in summer. The shared pool is excellent and can be accessed from the lower level. There is a choice of half a dozen restaurants within 1km of the villa.

Super villa

La villa est très spacieuse et très confortable. Elle est joliement décorée, les terrasses sont grandes et ont une vue sur la mer. Les espaces repas exterieurs sont confortables. La litterie est bonne. Beaucoup d'ėquipement disponibles. La piscine est à quelques pas, elle est gratuite et grande. Il y a egalement un petit bassin pour enfant. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage (5 min) mais il est tres difficile de se garer. Il y a par contre une navette qui nous amène à la plage pour 1€ mais elle ne passe qu'une fois par heure.

Grande et belle maison

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette grande maison avec un grand jardin et une très grande terrasse. L’accès à la piscine était super, le quartier était très calme, bien placé, pas loin du centre et de la plage. Cette maison est très bien équipée. Un bon séjour en famille.

Excellent family villa in a peaceful location

This villa is ideal for a family. Spacious, cool, really well equipped, meticulously clean & completely fenced in. (ideal for small children and our little dog) The pool area and garden is very well tended & is a relaxing place to spend a few hours. The location is very quiet with excellent parking availability. It's a trek to the main beach/shopping/restaurant area but there's a bus nearby & taxis are easily available.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. T is mooi, groot en erg netjes. En het staat in een fijne rustige buurt maar niet té ver van het centrum en de zee. Verder hadden we nav vragen/defecte vaatwasser goed contact met de contactpersoon van de verhuurder

La casa es muy espaciosa y cuenta con variedad de ambientes acogedores para pasar unas vacaciones en familia y/o con amigos. Las vistas de la bahía de Nerja desde la terraza son inmejorables. Respecto a su ubicación, está a pocos minutos andando de dos supermercados y a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Nerja. Los propietarios lo tienen todo muy bien organizado y no nos ha faltado nada durante el tiempo que hemos estado.

August Summer 2020

Our stay in Nerja was perfect and the town is really pretty. The views from the terrace are delightful and the area very peaceful and extremely well looked after. The evening breeze a treat. The villa had everything needed for a comfortable two week stay and good air conditioning when required. Burriana beach is the closest beach, with a great variety of restaurants, both British and Spanish. All restaurants follow the COVID safety rules, as do the beaches. It is possible to rent Kayaks and paddle boards and the sea is clear. It is a brisk 20 minute walk down hill to this beach, with lots of parking spaces if you drive, but you need to get there a little earlier(before11) for free parking. There are also bars and shops about a10 minute walk away from the villa. We also explored many other beaches a car drive away. Salobreña, Torrox, Motril, Herradura to name a few. The veiws on these journeys are wonderful. The Balcon de Europa is also close, with beautiful views. The swimming pool was wonderful and it is possible to swim lengths. Great place, great stay. Quite hilly but good for the leg muscles. Thank you

Lovely Villa in Nerja

Just returned from a week in 23 Jardines de Nerja this Villa is in a great location. The Villa is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It’s on 3 levels with plenty of room for 6 people. The communal pool and areas are extremely well maintained.

Fantastic

We have just returned from a gorgeous trip to this beautiful villa. The villa really is as nice as it looks! It's very big and loads of space. The pool was really warm and my husband was delighted with the safety of the place, between the enclosed garden and the pool is also enclosed with railings. Our youngest is only 2 so we had great peace of mind. There are no inflatables allowed in the pool, which we are used to when going on holidays but the kids got used to that pretty quickly. The owner was incredibly helpful and didn't seem to mind my incessant questions! There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived, which was a nice touch. It is very, very uphill so beware, but taxis are plentiful and only €7 in to the town. The blue bus goes every hour from only a few feet away from the door for only €1 per person. The supermarket is about 8 minutes walk downhill and they deliver which saves the walk back uphill with the heavy groceries! I would definitely recommend this beautiful place. You won't be disappointed.
