Large 4 bedroom, 4 bath coastal Coronado custom home. Top of the line appliances including air conditioning. Has gigantic pool in backyard with a spa as well as an outdoor "California" room with fridge and BBQ. It's located 5 blocks away from Coronado beach. Home comes with bikes, boogie boards, basketball hoop and ping pong table. Kitchen has cantina sliding door that opens fully into the backyard. For entertainment, there are 4 large TVs, HULU LIVE and SONOS to stream. Comes with EV charging station, garage parking for 1 car and plenty of street parking for at least 4 more cars. 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. Relax in our beautiful coastal Coronado home! Check out our 5 star reviews. Minimum stay is 26 nights per City of Coronado.

We have lived in Coronado since 1999 and love it! We purchased this home in 2013 and rebuilt it from the foundation up in 2014. We live here full-time and love to travel during Dec and July. Come enjoy our coastal Coronado home!

We have always wanted to build a home in Coronado. We realized that dream when we recently completed our brand new home. We pinch ourselves that we get to live and work on the "island". Whether you want to stay home and lounge by the pool, ride bikes around town or enjoy the beaches, you will love your stay in Coronado. Take a deep breath and relax in Coronado!

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique in that it was recently built with lots of upgrades. It also has a large pool and spa in the backyard. The outdoor room is one of our favorite spots to grill, watch TV and hangout. There is also an outdoor shower to use when you get back from the beach. Lastly, the home comes with bikes, surfboard, boogie boards basketball hoop and ping pong table.
