Elisabeth was very helpful and pleasant. The apartment was super practical and charming. Keep in mind, you have a private parking spot ( something that is ESSENTIAL in Theoule) !!!A short walk to the beach, sunbed rentals and restaurants. Without your parking spot you can end up a 1/4 of a mile from the town center or other accommodations. With that said, you will throughly enjoy the breath taking charm of Theoule and surrounding and its location on the Riviera !!

Eine super Unterkunft, sauber, kliematiesiert und gut ausgestattet. Eine super liebe Vermieterin empfängt einen Vorort. 5min zu Fuß durch einen kleinen Tunnel und man steht vor mehreren schönen Stränden mit kristallklaren Wasser.

Great location for a lovely beach and relax holiday

Our host Elizabeth did a great job welcoming us to the nice house on the Impasse de Roussilon, which is a dead end street so very quiet on traffic. Through a small pedestrian tunnel you have access to a nice public beach, next to the small yachting harbor of Theoule. A Casino express supermarket as well as a couple of boulangeries are within walking distance, very convenient. The house itself is clean and has enough space for our family of five (adult children). The interior is nice, somewhat outdated but all functional. Airconditioning present, which is lovely after a hot beach day. A bit short on porcelain and glassware, otherwise a complete kitchen with dishwasher. We would certainly consider to rebook if we come back to Theoule.

Situation parfaite à 150 mètres de la plage. Très calme. Spacieux et très confortable. Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances.
