This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool and access to a communal pool is within 2 minutes walk of a supermarket, café, restaurant and fish and chip shop. Several other bars and restaurants are within 10 mins walk.
Finished to a high standard, with a well equipped kitchen, it is a perfect base to explore Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos.
The outdoor space has a gazebo to relax in, loungers and a built in brick barbecue.

Fantastic Villa

Everything about our stay was great! Booking and communication was excellent. The villa is lovely and just as advertised. The property manager was really helpful on the one occasion I needed help. The location is good too - we had a car but did walk to coffee/cake shop every morning. We would definitely stay again!

great villa in good area

The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Garden worth mentioning as cleverly laid out to give shade in all areas. Convenient for the many restaurants in Coral Bay. Only two of us but would comfortably accommodate six.

Exceptional Stay

Simply beautiful, the villa was spacious comfortable and in the most amazing location (we just never got bored of the views). It was so peaceful yet near everything and extremely well equipped. The garden and pool were lovely and so well maintained. Hosts were just fantastic, communication was excellent, they were really helpful and sent a bottle of fizz for my birthday, then kindly let us stay on a day when our flight was changed, just lovely people. We had the most amazing time, would highley recommend to anyone and we cant wait to stay again

Holiday heaven

Wow, wow ,wow From the moment we landed at the villa and opened the door we were blown away by this stunning villa, the pictures were what enticed us but I can honestly say you have to see this beauty of a villa to believe it, we were taken aback by the size of the villa , so spacious and gorgeous inside in each room , but nothing prepared us for what we experienced when we opened the doors to look to view the pool , the size of the pool was incredible and surrounded by the amazing views of the hills all lit up , there are simply not enough words to describe the location and the beauty of this villa , whether it be night or morning the views are breathtaking and if I can give anyone any advice if thinking of booking this villa , it would be to not hesitate - you will certainly not be disappointed , communication with the owners has been exceptional , so attentive and nothing too much trouble , this was a holiday of a lifetime for us , and I can’t wait to hopefully visit this piece of paradise again in the near future , a huge thankyou !!!!!

Brilliant Villa with some disappointing aspects

The Villa itself is amazing, with a private garden/pool area , safe pool for kids as has a good shallow end. 2 seating areas with gazebos for shade. Villa has air con throughout, great kitchen and lounge area. The disapointing parts are that TV in the evenings is terrible with the signel for all channels coming and going every few seconds so you get the picture and sound stopping and starting...very annoying and the next door neighbour has 3 dogs that are let out each morning about 7.00am . They are totally secure in their garden but make noise yapping at each other when playing and whenever someone walks by their house or gets into a car on the road they go berserk for 30 seconds. Wakes the house up I am afraid.

Hi I am sorry for the trouble you had with the tv. The property manager would have had it fixed immediately had they or I been made aware at the time. His number is in the welcome pack and he will deal with any issues guests have. I am pleased to say that it was fixed immediately after you messaged me after the holiday and there have been no issues since. Re the dogs. The neighbour is very helpful and again if we had been aware of this at the time we would have contacted him and told him about the issue. I appreciated your private message after your visit as this allowed me to rectify issues for future guests.

Not as expected

We were rather disappointed with this property, for the price we paid I expected it to be in pristine condition. We couldn't find the property initially so I contacted the management and he wasn't helpful at all, he just gave us the same directions as the owners had, we eventually found it thanks to a person that lived a bit further up the road. It is in a residential area and we got early morning wake up calls from the dogs living on the street. When we arrived I thought there might have been some sort of welcome pack which we have received in every other villa we have stayed in but there was nothing so after a long day of travel we had to go out and buy a few essentials, I would have paid extra for a welcome pack. The kitchen was below standard cleaning wise and I cleaned it before I used it, there were dirty cutlery and some plates had food on them, the microwave was dirty the kitchen drawers opened by themselves the kitchen is definitely in need of updating. Outside was the best part of this villa plenty of shade in all areas which was needed because the garden was a suntrap with sun most of the day, the garden furniture under the gazebo was very stained and need replacing. The bedrooms were ok the showers were amazing, all in all not a great experience. The pool lining was coming away at the corners and it looked very unsightly.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as expected. If you had raised any issues about cleanliness at the start of your stay we would have addressed this immediately. We have never had any complaints re this before. We would have provided a welcome pack if you had requested one. There is a shop within 2 minutes walk so guests can get whatever they choose. The furniture under the gazebo was not heavily stained when we left it at the beginning of the summer, so it's hard to imagine how it can be heavily stained by now. The pool border (not lining) was was stuck down prior to your stay, but your excessive use of suncream is what has caused this to come away and caused staining of the pool liner, as in the photos we sent you. The pool border has been repaired for future guests. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations as this is not the feedback we normally get. This is evidenced by the 70% repeat bookings we have this year.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay here. It was like a home away from home. The house is equipped with all one needs including TV, Internet and a pool. The house in a quiet location and the Garden gets sunlight throughout the day. The main supermarket (Philippos) is a short drive away. Pegia town is just up the hill, while coral bay resort is don the hill. My personal tip for a lovely restaurant with good food in a great location is "Oniros" about 5 minutes drive away. Would recommend a stay at this villa!

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa with a great outdoor area. Good location only a couple of minutes drive from a supermarket and the main Coral Bay area including the beach. Steve and Diane were great and answered any questions we had quickly.
