About this property

Villa With Pool, Large Garden & Outside Dining Area

Our house is unique as it offers privacy and a lovely garden and Pool within Bagni di Lucca, just 5 minutes walk to restaurants, market, shops. We also own the house next door (which is available for extra accomodation by request) and have renovated a barn (annex with 2 bedroom unit and summer kitchen/family room), which share the amenities so it is also possible to rent the whole compound. If the house is booked, please enquire about the availability of the other properties as not all book out at the same time.
There is a BBQ, covered eat-in patio and fold-able long wooden tables for al fresco dining in the garden under the stars, and another shaded patio for a break from sunning by the pool. We have Sun Loungers in the garden and board games, also a TV and DVD player with a selection of films and for those autumn and winter evenings a fire place in a large mansard -type living room. One travel Cot available.

Very nice house and garden!

Absolut nice place to stay. All you need is in the house. We stayed with 4 kids and it was enough space for everybody. Kids loved the pool. If you like to visit the Tuscany, it is the right place to stay.

A lovely place to stay in a pretty Tuscan village. Property and location was exactly as described in the details with 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Paul, the owner met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and garden was well maintained. Easy car or train journey to Pisa and Lucca for great days out, or relax by the pool in the sunshine, surrounded by Tuscan hills. Another great, trouble free holiday through Owners Direct - thank you.

Charming house in a lovely part of Italy

We had a really pleasurable stay in this beautiful property in Bagni di Lucca. Great facilities including a lovely garden, shaded outside eating area and small pool. Ideal for our family of five. Within easy walking distance (via steps) of the town itself which has several nice restaurants, supermarkets and such like. You definitely need a car to take advantage of the surrounding area. Paul was very helpful and accessible with useful tips and advice.

We enjoy spending time at the House and having Family and friends stay over, we have fallen in love with the area around Bagni Di Lucca as it offers us everything we need and gives us chance to relax away from our stressful working lives. Our children love it as we can walk in the nearby forests or paddle around in the River Lima there is always something to occupy them in such a peaceful and beautiful area.

Why they chose this property

The Owners bought the property as a place where we could meet up with Family and friends in an area that we love very much. We could play in the garden with the children or take a relaxing walk around the town and stop of for nice drink or share a Pizza, and if it gets too hot we can always cool off in the Pool. We are also very close to Lucca and the wonderful Mediterranean coast with it's marvellous beaches.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the town and has easy, quick access to the town and all the facilities, so we can walk into town for a Beer and a Pizza and not have to worry about driving. We can also walk into town to visit the twice weekly market or relax in the Park in the centre and get a coffee or ice cream in one of the local Bars. A large shared garden & Pool make this property unique.
