About this property

Beautifully established villa with private pool and well maintained gardens

This house has been in our family for over 20 years, each generation has added their stamp on the house. It is our holiday home and we hope that you will find it your home from home also.

From its elevated position it commands panoramic views both to the south and north. Set in mature gardens there is a large private swimming pool, small lawned area and BBQ.

We are pleased to say that our house has been approved by Turismo De Portugal and our registration number is 7911/AL

A very pleasant 20 minute walk from the traditional village of Alvor you will find a multitude of places to eat and drink. The local Intermarche is a 5 minute walk away and 15 minutes will take you to the cliffs at Vau.

From 2024 we are obliged to charge a tourism charge (depending on high or low season) these will be charged separately

Why they chose this property

My parents bought the Villa from plan! as they fell in love with Alvor. We are now carrying on their legacy and have renovated areas to bring them up to date - each renovation has been done with lots of care and thought about what we like in a holiday home, so we hope you find what you are looking for!

The area is residential and the most noise comes from the gardeners at work or the odd call from the golf course. It can be peaceful but you are not far from the bustle of the village and we would urge you to explore the wonderful bars and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We treat this as our holiday home so you might see the odd photograph of family, dogs etc, every piece of furniture, painting cushion, ornament means something to us and we hope that will give you a feel of family.
