Private villa for up to 6 people. Ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with total privacy. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Completely private. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Good sized sunny swimming pool. Perfect for family get-togethers. Plenty of space for sunbathing. Entertain in the popular terrace with pretty awning and BBQ area. Choose from two beaches, either Santandria or Cala Blanca Bay, both with gently sloping sands into crystal clear waters. Go Snorkeling or even Scuba Diving. Or simply relax in one of the many bars or restaurants overlooking the sea. The main resort centre, with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants, is just 5 mins walk away from the villa. Cala Blanca is very close to the old capital Ciutadella, a stunning city with a fascinating history and dramatic architecture. There’s plenty to explore and enjoy on this holiday.

Great family villa

Great location opposite lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Decent beach about a 5 minute walk. Property was clean and tidy and well looked after, communication was excellent.

Great stay

Great villa and pool. Very clean and modern. Fantastic aircon! Very close to amenities and restaurants, just steps away and short walk to beach & other restaurants. Handy for Ciutadella and South Coast. The host Richard is great. I would recommend bus (cash only!) to Ciutadella as taxis were a bit in short supply when we were there. We did have a car and drove in too which was easy.

Great villa with pool, perfect a family holiday

The villa is great for a family holiday and includes a brilliant pool that was perfect for the children and adults. The light in the pool made it great for a quick swim just before bed. The villa has everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine and the two bathrooms means no waiting for a shower or toilet. I contacted Richard (the owner) a few times in the month before the holiday and he always responded quickly. He met us when we arrived and was helpful and ready to assist if we needed anything during our stay. I would recommend staying at this villa.

Beautiful villa in prime location

Excellently appointed villa in prime location for local amenities in Cala Blanca. Richard is charming, multi-lingual owner, and attended carefully and promptly to us. Pool is small, and in September was very cold, but on hot days it was a good escape. Large terrace on top provides sun through to sunset if required. The villa is attached to Julia1 and conversations can be heard particularly when rest of town goes quiet! Overall an extremely good property, well managed, and well appointed.

Lovely villa, perfect layout & Central location

The villa was lovely - has everything you need, and a great layout, the terrace is perfect for keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. Central location was great for all that we needed, a stroll to 2 lovely beaches, and some relaxing bar/restaurants to watch the fabulous sunsets with a cocktail & tapas. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return!
