Character house in a country 3km away from shops, restaurant, bakerie,canal du midi
15 minutes from carcassonne Medieval town. The house has a big outside space , tennis table, boules area, swimming pool, open view to pyrenees. very calm area but restaurants, shoping ,bars not far away etc. one houre from sea, one houre from ski.
3 nights minimum from sptember to end of june
July august by week only
Outside table, Barbecue.
Big living room with fire place and electric heating in the house.
The house is on 3 levels so no good for handicap peoples . 4 bed rooms, 4 bath rooms.
the swiming pool is praticly all for you because the owner will go just when nobody around. Very nice view of country.Near book shop village ( Montolieu).
electricity will be charge on top from Novembre to May

Incredibly beautiful house and grounds near Carcassonne, ideal for visitng the city and the pyrennees. Stayed with family of 9 - the house is well equipped with air condiitioning and the pool is well maintained. The owners are hospitable and welcoming.

Le lieu est idéalement situé pour profiter de Carcassonne et ses environs.Hébergement au top pour 2 familles avec des adolescents. La piscine, les extérieurs, la disponibilité des hôtes, la clim (notamment dans les chambres pendant cette semaine très ensoleillée), ... une belle adresse à retenir.

Maison dans la tranquillité

Maison rustique en retrait, cependant proche de tout, qui permet d’avoir de la tranquillité et offre des balades pédestres agréables. Bel accueil et propriétaire généreuse en conseils. Séjour très agréable pour 3 couples adultes en septembre.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le cadre est magnifique, la maison et la piscine sont tres agreable pour 2 familles. Les propriétaires sont tres discrets, sympathiques et disponibles pour des bonnes adresses. Je recommande cette maison de caractère a toutes les familles voulant passer de magnifiques vacances et au calme. Merci à Annick et son mari de leur accueil tout au long de notre sejour

Super séjour !

Nous étions un groupe de 6 amies et avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est toute équipée, une salle de bain et toilettes par chambres, la piscine est très belle et il y a de nombreux transats. Bonus: les boules de pétanque et prunes dans le jardin :). Séjour au calme de la campagne audoise, idéal pour le repos, la contemplation et le farniente

Large propriété partagée avec les loueurs attentifs, dévoués et discrets. Corps de bâtiment attenant au leur, bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Location très pratique pour deux familles avec enfants, jpuissance exclusive d’une piscine idéalement orientée. Tous commerces à quelques km en voiture. Villages aux alentours remarquables (Montolieu en particulier). Proximité du canal du midi, de la montagne noire, de Carcassonne. Séjour au top!

In summer our grand childrens come sometimes but most of the time we are alone.and we will use the pool just when you are not there. the rest of the time it is just for you.
