The owner is a passionate sportsman and in season (Nov to March) the house operates as a club (accommodation) for kitesurfers at the premium end of the market. Out of season (end March to Nov) the house is available for general rentals.
The house has a full time manager who lives in an adjacent apartment to keep the house in good shape, fix minor issues and do daily tasks such as keeping the pool swept and balanced.
The owner loves chatting about the house, the area and what to see when visiting Cape Town and would be delighted to share his knowledge and love of the city.
