Private and peaceful villa in beautifully laid out gardens. Communications with Derya were responded to immediately and transfers to and from airport were seamless. We needed Derya to help us with a couple of start -of-season hiccups ( the water tank needed refilling and there were a couple of leaks in newly-installed pipework) but nothing major at all - and everything was sorted within a couple of hours of our text. Some new bedding and and a change of bed linen would have been appreciated but all in all- we had a wonderful break here and would very definitely visit again.

Lovely home

A lovely house with everything we needed.There was a slight problem with the solar water heater the first week, but it was dealt with. The pool and garden was serviced regularly. The house is built so it stays cool, and the pool was a great feature. A car is a must. It would have been helpful to have a welcome folder with names and numbers of local restaurants/food deliveries/shops/markets or other attractions nearby, but we managed to find them in the end, as we did not hire a car. All in all it was a lovely property that we spent a whole month in!

Lovely stay

Well appointed Villa, exceptionally clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely gardens and pool. The second bedroom however could have had better bed linen, the pillow cases were actually big cushion covers. The pool lights weren't working at night which we love to see, to some people this wouldn't have been an issue but to us it was. The owner, however did explain the reasons why. The street is on a short but steep incline which proved a problem walking into the village especially in the heat. My final negative was the property manager, it would have been nice to put a face to the name but we never saw her once and found her not very helpful when we had a couple of questions. Having said this i would recommend this villa to future holiday makers.

Great property

Great property, great facilities and a great location. The only reason that we took one mark off out of 30 was because of the coffee machine. The listing for this was wrong. The machine at the property is a Nesspreso, rather than the Tassimo as per the listing. We understand that is because the first machine recently broke and this has been replaced. It was not a major issue, except we could not find anywhere to buy Nesspreso pods to use this. Please realise that I only mention this so that others do not spend money on Tassimo and find the useless. The property really was great, and the outside seating area is one of the nicest we have experienced. Finally, make sure you sign up to WhatsApp, as it is the easiest way for taxis to find the property.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, lĂ€ndlich und dennoch zentral zur Stadt. Um diese Jahreszeit sind die umliegenden Ferienvillen wenig belegt, einige Bauarbeiten waren in sehr ertrĂ€glichem Maße zu hören. GlanzstĂŒck der Unterkunft ist das AußengelĂ€nde mit Terrasse und Pool, den wir im Oktober allerdings nur wenig nutzten. Auch wenn einige Dinge im Hause etwas abgenutzt wirkten: Empfehlenswert!

Schöner RĂŒckzugsort, perfekter Vermieter

Das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr sauber gehalten, regelmĂ€ssige Pflege durch GĂ€rtner und Poolboy. Timur ist der perfekte Vermieter, der uns in jeglichen Belangen half (Autovermietung, allgemeine Tipps und Wissenswertes). Seine Assistentin vor Ort war sehr hilfreich und antwortete immer prompt. Der Pool hat eine ideale Grösse und durch die versch. Tiefen optimal fĂŒr jegl. Alter. Rooftop im Sommer viel zu heiss doch Nachts perfekt um den Sternenhimmel zu bewundern. Die Umgebung ausserhalb des GrundstĂŒcks ist sehr karg, dadurch ist man aber auch schön fĂŒr sich. Nachbarn haben Pool auf andere Seite. Stadtkern ist schön, ans links fahren gewöhnt man sich schnell. Lokals sind sehr freundlich und man kommt sehr schnell ins GesprĂ€ch! Alagadi Turtle Station in der NĂ€he! Top Restaurants: HĂŒrDeniz am Hafen und Royal China in Catalkoy Sehenswert: Girne Castle und Abtei Bellapais Ein Kulturschock war eigentlich nur der viele Abfall der an den StrĂ€nden lag und im Meer herum schwamm sowie die fehlende Abfalltrennung.

Ferienhaus, wie man es sich wĂŒnscht

Die Villa Kazafana liegt ein paar km außerhalb von Girne (8 Auto Minuten) in einem ruhigem Vorort voller schöner Villen. Das großzĂŒgige GrundstĂŒck mit Pool und das durchdacht und nahezu perfekt ausgestattete Haus lassen wenig UrlaubswĂŒnsche offen - WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re pur. Mit Tagestouren per Mietwagen lĂ€ĂŸt sich Nordzypern von hier aus sehr gut erkunden. Einkaufen, Restaurants - alles sehr nahe und gut zu erreichen. EigentĂŒmer und Ansprechpartner vor Ort reagieren promt und helfen sofort bei Problemen. Wir empfehlen Villa Kazafana zu 100% weiter!

May Holiday

The property is in a lovely location. The welcome pack was adequate. The kitchen and lounge were spacious with every facility, but felt 2nd bedroom was a bit sparse and not really suitable for elderly person, as the floor is very uneven with a cracked tile. We were unable to use the pool for 4 days as it had not been cleaned or the water regenerated. The sun beds were lovely to look at but they need mattresses, as they become too uncomfortable to sit on after a few minutes. We felt let down by the property manager as he visited briefly on the day of our arrival, We did not realise at this stage that there were no instructions regarding garbage, T.V. W.Machines etc. or what to do in an emergency such as a Doctors tel. no .On the plus side when there was a leak in the bathroom and we called him, he soon had a plumber come and rectify the problem. We enjoyed our holiday and feel with a few things altered we would be happy to return again.

The Villa was well appointed except we could not make the washing machine work. It was comfortable and clean but the floor in Bedroom 2 is very uneven with broken tiles. There were several cockroaches when we arrived. However we had a great time and would recommend it to our friends, thank you.

Wish we owned Kazafana Miss it already!!!

We have been coming to North Cyprus for 5 years now and I have to say we found a haven in Kazafana. It has everything you could possibly want in a hoilday villa. Location is perfect for all our favorite restaurants. Supermarket few minutes away. The pool is maintained well and works perfectly. Wi-Fi is fast, aircon works great.Outside space is perfect for sitting out at night. We stayed at a 5 bed villa last year and in our opinion it couldnt touch Kazafana. I will be back in 2020. We wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. So we do hope we can rent your villa then. Till 2020. Special mention to Aylin who was exceptionally helpful. Linda & Hugh Clark x

There were 4 of us staying in the villa, me and my husband and 2 children aged 16 and 13. The facilities were ideal, loved the Wii console for the girls, who liked to chill every now and again. There are some fantastic places within walking distance. Villa was spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday.

Relaxing Villa in a convenient location

We had a lovely time at Villa Kazafana. The garden and pool were very well maintained as was the villa. The Owner and the Manager gave excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. We appreciated the convenience of it being a spacious bungalow. Although we ate out a few times, we enjoyed making good use of the good sized kitchen and eating out on the terrace. As with most properties in Northern Cyprus, a car is necessary to get the most out of your visit. Bellapais is nearby as are several good supermarkets. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Stunning Villa

The villa is in a lovely location with stunning views. The private pool was well maintained twice a week by a very pleasant man. inside the villa was everything needed to make the stay like a home from home experience and very clean with the added bonus of the air conditioning to make sleeping time comfortable. The location of the villa was good and very private with a supermarket near by and local restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this villa to relatives and friend.

My wife and I booked Villa Kazafana for a break in North Cyprus. Having stopped in Ozankoy last year, we wanted to be nearby as its ideal for nipping in and out of Kyrenia, whilst staying somewhere very quiet. Last time around we stayed in a more traditional property but Villa Kazafana was incomparably better in every sense. Spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another bonus was Aylin, the property manager, who was on hand to deal with any problems. The fridge freezer stopped working and it was replaced by a brand new unit on the same day. Aylin also loaned us a phone to use which gave us peace of mind whist touring the island by hire car. Aylin arranged transfers and a hire car at an extremely good rate - we were picked up at the airport and the hire car was already waiting at the villa when we were dropped off...absolutely seamless. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you Timur for letting us stay, and Aylin for being so helpful!

A very homely villa located in beautiful surroundings with a clean and reasonable pool secluded in the midst of shrubs/trees. The villa is well located to local amenities and arterial roads to major sites and cities. The owners have made sure that the villa has all the facilities one would find at home including, for those arriving late in the evening , food to get by until one venture out the following day Overall, a pleasant stay and where one would not hesitate returning. again

Perfect stay in a very friendly location...

We were the first time in Cyprus and had a very nice vacation in May. The house was nice the pool great and the landscape unforgettable. Very nice neighbors and a very good home care . Wonderful Villa

A lovely property in an ideal location. The Villa was perfectly for our holiday, near to the city, possibilities for shopping and bars/restaurants. Every utility for daily use was available and in sufficient amount in the kitchen. The real gem is the lovely garden with the lemon trees and pool which is kept very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace on the evenings. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to my family and friends. It was a really wonderful holiday which we enjoyed very well.
