A luxurious, beachfront penthouse with panoramic sea views which also overlooks the communal pool and well manicured gardens. The gardens give immediate access to the beach and promenade for either a relaxing walk or fast jog. This penthouse is very spacious throughout and is presented in excellent condition. It is further enhanced by 2 large outside terraces with a top floor solarium with ample sunbeds and a 'weber' barbeque. The very large lower terrace is furnished to a very high standard, with high quality lounge style furniture and 'al fresco' large dining table, seating 6.

Great view, nice clean apartment

Unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom when we first arrived but I can not fault the ladies who checked us in. They were onto emergency plumbers and it was all sorted within a few hours. The view from the apartment is stunning. The “duplex” part is a roof terrace with solar panels and a couple of sunbeds. The main bedroom is large with an en-suite and the view is fabulous. The second bathroom is rather small and could do with a shower instead of a bathtub. The second bedroom is big but looks toward the road so if you have the window open you can hear the road noise. The third bedroom looks out to the balcony but is quite small. The owner and staff were very easy to contact and very helpful. Overall, a lovely clean apartment with great views and big balcony.

Beautiful sea view apartment

The apartment is great, 3 good size bedrooms and the photos are realistic of what to expect. The views from balcony and roof terrace are amazing, with very clear views of Gibraltar and Africa. The complex has an outdoor pool and there is good access to the beach. There is a good path along the beachfront but it doesn't go far at present as still under construction to the south. There was good access to supermarkets etc by car, but it's hard to reach the local shops on foot as there is no bridge or crossing on the main road. The restaurants we tried in the local area were lovely. Overall this was a great, well equipped apartment and a great base for exploring this part of Spain

Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area

We loved the apartment. It was very spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us who stayed. Comfortable furnishings with a nice large TV, which was great considering the World Cup was on whilst we were there. Well equipped kitchen which had everything we needed for self catering. The lounge led onto a very large terrace with comfortable furniture for lounging in the sun. The roof terrace was massive and private, ideal for those who didn’t want any white bits. I would highly recommend a visit here, you will thoroughly enjoy it. The only downside I could say is the lack of bars and restaurants. However, if you are looking for relaxing holiday in a nice apartment with a community pool and close the sea and beach, you can’t go far wrong with this. We had good communication with Rebecca the owner and with Irma who looked after the property. The photos show the property exactly as it is. Easy to get to from the Airport, it’s a straight run. Also easy to get to Estepona, Malaga and Peurta Banus. Also further on the coast is a beautiful place called Peurto Sontogtande which is well worth a visit. Hope I’ve said enough to do it justice and thank you Rebecca for letting us enjoy your apartment.

Instant impact, not disappointed through whole stay

The booking process was simple. The responses from Owner were quick and helpful. The contact in Estepona, Irma, kept in touch with us throughout our stay even although there was nothing we required. The apartment is immaculate, there was everything that you could possibly need. The balcony and sun deck were fantastic. All furnishings and equipment was of high standard. We would certainly stay here again, in fact we tried to book again for September, good for the owner, but bad for us, it was already booked. Oh well there is always next year. EXCELLENT

Exactly as described, beautiful views from balcony and a fabulous apartment for a family holiday.

Even before we arrived both Rebecca and the agent Irma were helpful and answered any queries quickly. The apartment has beautiful sea views and a lovely large patio area and sun terrace, that we spent a lot of time on, during our stay. The apartment had everything you could want, including extras like beach towels and washing up liquid, foil, kitchen roll, all those little things you need but don’t pack. All in all we had a fab family holiday and wished we’d booked for 2 weeks instead of just one. Hopefully we will return very soon 😎
