Fantastic seclusion yet close to great beach walks, nature reserve nearby and wide open North Norfolk countryside.Surprising number of rooms; all clean & well prepared, with large sofa, nice conservatory, and large garden means there should be space for everyone.Loads of space for my relaxing week 'away from it all'.Plenty of complimentary jigsaws & family games

2nd stay at the property, garden great for the dog. Location excellent.
A very welcoming cosey cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well equipped and convenient for the beach and pub, but just a few niggles, wet room very small, fan oven very noisy and the bottom of the fridge was wet when I emptied it on leaving this morning.
A really nicely appointed cottage for a lovely relaxing week away. It’s an easy walk to the pub and very handy to get on the coast road to tour round. Ozzie the dog loved the pet friendly garden to run round in.We could have done with an instructions book for some of tha appliances but we worked it out eventually.
We absolutely loved our stay at Brick and Flint cottage. The cottage was lovely and spacious and the garden was huge. So much to do nearby and amazing walks from the doorstep. We would highly recommend staying here.
Great overall property
Nice long garden for the dog as well as a walk towards and through the golf course to the beach
Idea location to visit hunstanton

Love the setting, ideal for our dogs tho their barking for the ball may have upset the locals as 1st day we recieved a threatening note through the door!Love the cottage, you have to wash any utensils, crockery we used as previous as wasnt cleaned properly.
The most important things I want from a holiday booking is:Comfortable bed and seating.CleanlinessLocationParkingSecure gardenAmenities- fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This cottage had all of it plus more. Large garden, summer house, conservatory. A very handy room to lock dogs in and wet boots etc.Walking distance to pub with bakery.Walking distance to lovely, dog friendly beach.Secure parking behind a gate, driveway positioned by front door so easy to load and unload.
We loved the cosiness of the cottage, and the fantastic garden which our Springer Spaniel raced around in. The location to the beach and local pub was brilliant. We will definitely be back.
Great location for walks and wildlife. Handy for historic homes too. The cottage is well equipped and has a lovely garden. Good parking on property. Lots of places to eat within a short car ride as well as the local pub.The only drawback for adults is arrangement of furniture which, while tolerable and did not put us off, would probably better suit a family with children.
Loved this property, especially good for our dogs with the big secure garden also we were easily able to fit two dog crates in the utility room along with all their stuff. Not sure it would suit 2 couples as the second bedroom was a small double with no hanging space. Comfortable sofas and decent TV, plus a good conservatory which was nice for afternoon sun. Kitchen had everything you needed. Upstairs bathroom poor. Shower on taps was useless. Downstairs wet room was tiny and would not suit a large person. The water pressure in the shower was also poor which made washing my hair a long job. Again for 2 couples sharing may be an issue.Overall we did like the property and would stay again if just the two of us, it had room for parking 2 cars off road and it was in a quiet part of the village. The claim to be less than 10 minutes to beach was in our opinion a little stretched as it was 10 mins to the golf course which you had to walk across and then through the dunes to the beach. So i would say a 15 minute walk. The pub and bakery were 10 mins from the house in the other direction. Recommend the curry night on a Thursday. We found lots of scenic walks from the house and a couple of times walked the inland route to the cafe on the beach at Old Hunstanton 2.5k easy stretch along by a stream through the golf course. Would recommend property if you have dogs as our 3 loved it. We enjoyed the facilties apart from the showers.

Great location
The only disappointment were bathrooms ,and no welcome pack ,but on the whole lovely cottage and garden aloso lovely walks were great, but would stay again
Great location not exactly equidistant between the pub and beach but its very close . Cottage has everything and ideal and practical if you have a dog, plus a nice big garden for the dog to roam.
The house was very well set out has a lovely closed in garden in a quiet location well suited as a base to visit the local area . A nice walk to the lovely dog walking beach which takes about 10 mins . overall a very nice place to stay
Lovely cottage, great location, thoroughly recommend as long as you dont rely on decent WIFI !

Why they chose this property
We had been looking for a dog friendly place near a sandy beach for many years where we could let our dogs off the lead. We first looked to the South West and then the Norfolk Broads, working our way up and back across the Norfolk coastline until we came to Holme with its fantastic dog friendly beach. It is quieter than Hunstanton and the golf course to the south means our dogs can be let off the lead without worrying about roads. When we found Jasmine Cottage after many years of searching, we knew this was the place for us.
What makes this property unique
Dog friendly sandy beach 6 minutes walk away, huge at low tide. Hunstanton about 30 minutes walk along the beach or footpath. Short walk to The White Horse pub, featured in The Good Pub Guide. A short drive to several other good food pubs and Eric's, excellent fish and chips (takeaway or eat in) 2 miles away. Also great for bird watching. Shallow sea, great for paddling.
