About this property

This lovely Villa is located in the midst of the Umbria woods overlooking a valley with strings and wildlife. It is private, spacious and comfortable. The views are stunning, Zen, I would say .... At walking distance distance you will find a mystic archaeological site, The ruins of a Medieval Hamlet, a Castle and a Church. It is our Umbria Stonehenge !
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms: one with bathtub one with shower. The kitchen is small but well organized. We offer all sorts of services including airport transfers and car rentals, baby sitting, guided tours. . Please just ask !

True Umbria

Wir durften einen erholsamen Aufenthalt geniessen. Die Herausforderungen bestanden darin, dass die Anfahrt zur Villa Carina sehr strapazierend war, infolge des schlechten Zustands der Zufahrtstrasse, sowie die mangelhafte Küchenausstattung. Der Gastgeber Mario war stehts bereit, wenn mal das Wasser nicht lief oder sonstige Lösungen gefunden werden mussten. Wer die Abgelegenheit und Ruhe inmitten zirpender Umgebung mit einem Schuss Romantik im Herzens Italien sucht, ist hier sicherlich richtig. Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass der nächste grössere Einkaufsladen ca. 30 bis 45 Auto-Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt liegt.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful holiday in seclusion with lots of rest and relaxation. We were welcomed with a homemade cake and a bottle of wine. The pool would be cleaned unobtrusively and after consultation every two days. Our landlord Mario was always courteous and helpful. From the house it was possible to make small hikes. The house was clean and well maintained. The drive over the gravel road alone requires some driving skills or an off-road vehicle, but it was easy to manage with our station wagon. If you want to relax from the stressful everyday life for a few days and want to experience the full support of the landlord, this is the place for you!!! Mario, thank you for the nice days!!!
