Melisa was extremely helpful with checking in. Being steps from the beach is our favorite thing about staying here. It has been beautifully decorated. We are also walking distance to town, restaurants, grocery stores and especially the Venice Croissant cafe! Look forward to staying next year.

This condo met our all our expectations and was a great location, near the beach, located so that we could visit Sarasota and Naples. Great value, very comfortable, beautiful sunset, walking distance to the beach.

Overall I enjoyed everything, the pool great, the private beach quiet, the location excellent. The room small but exactly what I expected. No complaints from me. If/when I go to Venice again will most likely stay there.

Beach Getaway

Marisa's condo is perfect for a relaxing beach trip! The beach is just a short walk down the parking lot. The kitchen makes it easy to fix your meals as well. Sharkys is just a mile away and downtown is easy to access. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and we will definitely return!

Clean and one block to the beach

Loved our time this week! Nice area and exactly as advertised. Very small condo but includes a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. Every evening, people walk a block from other units to watch the gorgeous sunset! We will be back!

Beautiful Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. Our studio size room was much as expected and was just fine for 2 people. Having beach chairs supplied was an added plus. We spent hours on the beach every day. It was gorgeous and we made sure to catch the sunset each evening. We sought out seafood each dinner and found some great restaurants.

Great Location

We loved the location and proximity to the beach! Bed was very comfortable! When I pulled open the sink pullout tray looking for a sponge I found mice droppings in it that need to be cleaned out, That could have been there awhile because there was no other signs of mice or bugs anywhere.

Karen, I had the exterminator go in as soon as I read your comment, FYI that was sand from someone collecting seashells and sharks teeth, Not a mouse. The unit has an exterminator come in regularly

Sorry you didn't have fun, most come for private beach access but here are lots of things to do with in minutes of unit, over 30 restaurants, boutiques, famers market, concerts in the park within walking distance all in a beautiful historic downtown Venice Ave. Privet beach and pool and close to #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta key beach, Nokomis beach & Venice beach with Kayaking, snorkeling, looking for shark teeth, golf, boating, fishing, bike riding on legacy trail, helicopter rides , too may things to list. unit is professionally cleaned after every guest

It's a cozy little space, but manageable for 2 people. Unit was clean and well decorated. The location (just a few short steps to the beach) is fantastic. The pool is very large and well maintained. The unit comes with beach chairs, which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook light meals.

Condo was as advertised. Owner was very quick to respond. What we needed for a weeks stay was available. Pool is nice but unheated. It was warm while we were there so it was fine.

Sufficient for my needs

This room was perfect for me as I'm really only there to shower and sleep. The rest of my time is on the dive boat or beach, so it worked perfectly fine for me.
