Beautiful property! I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The apartment is extremely safe. As a female solo traveler, I appreciated knowing I was completely safe and secure. The owner's are amazing! Gille helped me with my heavy suitcase. Fumiko helped me retrieve my keys when I dropped them off their property and I couldn't retrieve them myself. The owner's are wonderful people. The neighborhood is completely safe. It's a family neighborhood with many walkers. It's so safe! I accidentally left the rental keys on the passenger front seat my first night and nobody stole my rental car! Blew my mind! Love the Point Richmond and SF area. I'd live their if I could, such a lovely apartment! Thank you Fumiko and Gille!

Gorgeous view, super clean!

This was the perfect location--a wonderful view of the water, beautiful Pt. Richmond neighborhood, quiet, winding streets, and a well-equipped, super clean apartment. Could not have asked for anything more.

Great rest stop before traveling

I’m moving to Paris for the year and had to rent my house earlier than I wished. So to keep it short, I needed a place to stay. I’ve always wanted to stay in Point Richmond and this was perfect. Pay attention to the details about the steps. Not a bother for me but take note and enjoy your stay.
