The living room has amazing sea and harbour views where the doors fold back and lead you onto the private large balcony with outside furniture. It really is a sun spot! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the dining table comfortably sits four people.
This cottage is literally moments from St Ives’ best beaches and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby too.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
There is an allocated parking space which is just a couple of minutes walk away but you can unload/ load the car close to the cottage too.

We had a great holiday, the property is beautiful, location excellent. Only negatives are the tight spiral staircase and the lack of outdoor space. The property is marketed as ‘dog friendly’ which is somewhat deceptive as there is nowhere for your pet to do the necessary.
We absolutely loved this property! Such beautiful views and an amazing location, right by the waterfront. The house was warm, clean and very well equipped. Hope to return soon!
This stunning 4 floor property is exquisite in almost every way. The piece de resistance is undoubtedly the views of St Ives which make you feel at the heart of this little town. In particular, the vista from the top floor bedroom is simply breathtaking and a joy to wake up to!
The property itself is small but quirky with tight spiral staircases that were especially challenging as we brought our 10 month old. Space is certainly at a premium with a baby but it was manageable.
The subtle touches sprinkled throughout enriched our stay and made us feel at home. A reserved parking bay nearby, access to little treats like beach chairs and buckets & spades as well as the bottle of Prosecco on arrival were most appreciated and warmly added to our enjoyment for our relaxing 3 day break to this stunning part of the UK, which as a golf fan has a distinct Pebble Beach feel to it. We’ll be back!
We had the very best of weeks in Sea Fever after a tricky start to the year with a cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy to follow for 5 months. This was our first holiday in what felt like ages and, boy, was it worth the wait. We arrived very late at night and it was so easy to gain access to the house. The pre-holiday information was exceptional and prepared us so well for the holiday. We awoke the following morning like kids in a candy shop looking out at St Ives harbour (and a nesting seagull who we quickly fell in love with!). The house was very high spec throughout and adorned with beautiful local works of art and ceramics. We absolutely loved our stay and could not recommend Sea Fever highly enough. Thank you

Perfect location in Downalong with great view over the harbour.
The house has been renovated with great expertise and attention to detail and was a relaxing home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the town with all its galleries and walking the dog around the Island.

Superb holiday home
Sea Fever is a lovely cottage, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has a great location, being at the heart of St Ives within close walking distance of the beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries. The cottage lets in lots of light and is contemporary in style. There is a small balcony attached to the first floor lounge area, with enough room to sit out and look over the harbour. As it's set over four floors, with a spiral staircase, it may not be suitable for some people but we loved it.

Great holiday - great cottage
We have stayed at Sea Fever three times now and have enjoyed every one of our stays. The property is well maintained and in a great location. As we have been coming for a couple of years now we notice that the owners have made subtle changes for the benefit of the guests - recently we noticed Robert Welch cutlery. A small thing maybe but quality is important to us. The new corner sofa now provides even more comfort in which to watch the harbour view outside or watch TV. The zip link beds are also a great idea so more flexibility for guests when they visit.
Sea Fever is in, in our opinion, the best part of St Ives, namely the Downalong area. We love walking around the cobbled streets and looking at the beautiful houses nearby. And the beaches are literally a few steps away from the house.
Once again, thank you for a wonderful week

Excellent holiday cottage
The two of us had a fabulous stay at Sea Fever. The location is in the old part of town so central to everything : beaches, shops and restaurants.
The house has everything you could hope for. Smart, clean, well kitted out and luxurious.
We shall return soon

Great place to stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was immaculate when we arrived with a very detailed information welcome back and lovely hamper which included a lovely sparking wine and some flowers amongst other essentials.
There are numerous shops in nearby Fore Street and a very good quality convenience store, Norway Stores, a few minutes walk away.
Beaches are literally within walking distance.
The house is lovely. Very light and airy- lots of nice touches everywhere including some lovely abstract art work
The view from the comfortable corner sofa are amazing - watching the world go by down below. Balcony is south facing so if the suns out ( which it was!!) you're in luck
Looking forward to returning very soon

Sea Fever - lovely fishermens cottage
Had a great holiday here. Chose St Ives as we had heard that the beaches were fabulous and the surrounding Cornish scenery beautiful. Neither disappointed.
The cottage though is beautiful. There are plenty of places to eat out but we decided to eat in half the time and eat in town the other half. The Portminster Cafe and Kitchen are great as is the Porthmeor Beach Cafe for breakfast.
The views from the cottage are the best we've ever had so based on this alone we would return
Can't recommend enough

Lovely property - certainly 5 star
Weather was amazing!
Had a great holiday
we really enjoy our walks so didn't need to use the car all week. After a days walking it was a joy to get back to Sea Fever and make the most of relaxing on the balcony which has views towards Godrevy lighthouse. The house has everything you could possible wish for - lovely interiors and furnishings. Particularly like the port hole medicine cabinet in the top floor bathroom and the concrete staircase which is in itself a work of art.
Minutes walk to the beaches and galleries
Can't wait to return

Our favourite UK destination
if we holiday in the UK we stay either in St Ives or Keswick in the Lake District. Thankfully we have found the perfect place to stay in both. Sea Fever is a lovely property in the best of locations - in the centre of everything but always peaceful and relaxing.
The house has been refurbished to a very high standard and was very clean and immaculate upon arrival. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and have lovely comfy beds with White Company linen.
The views are to die for
Hope we can still get booked in this year for another visit

Sea Fever - 5 star
Friends had recommended Sea Fever to us and it exceeded all expectations. My husband and children all loved it. Well appointed cottage in a great location just a few steps away to the beaches and a few minutes walk to the parking. Love the art work on the walls. Lots of cafes and eateries nearby. The hamper was lovely - particularly the Sea Fever boat and the Prosecco.
Beautiful

Wonderful property
The 4 of us had a great week at Sea Fever. The house exceeded all expectations - beautiful soft furnishings and light interiors, very comfortable beds, a well thought out wet room in the basement which we used when we came off the beach to shower and dry off.
The views from the kitchen/lounge, top floor bedroom and the balcony are truly fabulous.
We shall return

Sea Feer - highly recommended
We decided to book Sea Fever as a last minute break and we are so glad we chose this place. The booking was quick and easy and the arrival instructions were concise. Upon arrival at the property we were blown away as everything has been thought through thoroughly for the benefit of the guests. The kingsize bed was comfortable and the linen crisp and clean - just how we like it. The views from the bedroom are beautiful.
We are art lovers - there are plenty of galleries in St Ives and at Sea Fever there is some beautiful artwork.
We will be returning and were sad to leave
