Beautiful pool and stunning views

We were a group of 2 young families and had a fantastic stay. The infinity pool is larger than the photos make it look and the countryside views are stunning. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location

Fantastic house surrounded by beautiful countryside. The pool is amazing and was enjoyed by all. The kids didn’t want to leave it. Having the trampoline and bikes for all ages was an added bonus.

Wonderful but…

Beautiful house and location and the owners had thought of everything - really well equipped and obviously a much loved home. The concierge also looked after us really well and was amazing. Unfortunately all three of our children developed terrible ear infections from the dirty pool water and so we spent a lot of the holiday in the village doctors surgery.

What a stunning place, beautiful views and wonderful tranquility. Light and spacious with everything to hand that you would need. The pool is magnificent and much larger than you think. All the rooms are marvellous with lovely linen and plenty of towels with the same spectacular views. Plenty of games and equipment to keep both young and old busy, like cycling to the village for the cafe/boulangerie/supermarket. Fast internet. Gorgeous kitchen to make lunches and dinners if you like, and sit outside at the large circular table with tilted parasol. Ideal for one family and invite friends or two families. What a truly memorable relaxing 2 weeks.

Fantastische ervaring

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit luxueuze vakantiehuis dat ondanks de luxe binnenin toch de charmes heeft van een oud kasteeltje. Ruime kamers en badkamers, grote living met grote eettafel en gezellige salon. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Veel extra voorzieningen zoals fietsen (met kinderzitjes en helmen), Zwembad speelgoed, pingpong tafel, mogelijkheden om te gaan tennissen in het dorp, ... Het huis, zwembad en tuin waren heel proper. Communicatie met eigenaars super vlot. Nabijheid van supermarkt en bakkerij. Kortom: fantastische ervaring en een absolute aanrader.

Ferien mit Familie und Freunden

Die Lage des Hauses war wunderschön, der Pool mit Ausblick ein Traum. Leider war die Küche nicht gut gereinigt: Im Kühlschrank und den Schränken hatte es angebrauchte Lebensmittel, in den Schubladen Krümel und die Abwaschmaschine wusch sehr schlecht ab (auch nach Vorwaschen der Teller und des Bestecks), im Gefrierfach fanden wir halbe Baguettes. Auch eine Toilette mussten wir vor Gebrauch erst putzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Best Holiday ever!

Beautiful property in peaceful countryside. The pool and views from the house are second to none. We were a large family group ranging from 2 - 72 years and we all had a wonderful relaxing time. Well equipped with two large fridge freezers, comfy beds and plenty of towels; small supermarket and delicious Boulangerie within walking/ cycling distance (& plenty fo bikes provided!) - what more can you want on holiday?! Magnificent air conditioning meant we all slept at night. I would thoroughly recommend.

Ruhe, Platz und Entspannung!

Wir hatten einen unvergessenen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, etwas abseits von den Tourismuszentren. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Areal sehr weitläufig, der Pool wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Gefehlt hatte nichts. Etwas französisch sprechen zu können ist hilfreich bei der Übergabe, mit Google Translate aber auch zu meistern. Wir können insbesondere mit Kindern dieses Quartier nur empfehlen!

magnifique et relaxante propriété

Un vrai moment de détente dans cette magnifique piscine chauffée! Avec une vue incroyable sur des kilomètres de forêts, prairies...On a dû mal à en sortir !! Une grande maison vraiment spacieuse pour y venir entre amis ou en famille. Les chambres sont grandes avec leurs salles de bains chacune et la grande pièce du séjour est vraiment agréable à vivre! Nous avons pris également plaisir à être dans ce grand parc pour profiter du trampoline, faire du badminton jouer aux boules ou aux quilles... La terrasse en bois permet de continuer de profiter de cette sublime vue en déjeunant et dinant sur la grande table ronde. Saint-Séverin est un petit village avec tout ce qu'il faut (boulangerie, petit supermarché...) Les petits villages avoisinants sont également charmants (Aubeterre sur dronne...) et la région est sympathique: vraiment nous avons passé une semaine agréable et ressourçante...Merci
