Casa Ponente: wonderful sea view and swimming pool

Lovely flat at the first floor, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, one separate bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower and a terrace with wonderful sea views, an ideal outdoor space to enjoy the sunny mornings and evenings relaxing. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence with swimming pool and bar, and it was totally renovated in 2017. Accomodation includes all the amenities you need, such as flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath soaps, towels and sheets.
Guests have access to our whole house, and to the swimming pool in the village.
The apartment is ideal for families and couples.

Prima appartement

Goed appartement, waar alles in basis aanwezig is. Goed bed, airco en het uitzicht op het balkon is geweldig. Of dit appartement geschikt is voor 4 personen, valt over te twisten. Wij waren met z'n tweetjes en dat voldeed prima, maar met vier personen wordt het toch wel krapjes. De eigenaresse Maria is super aardig en behulpzaam. Het kan soms rumoerig zijn met auto's en motoren in de straat, maar dat zijn momenten. Het park waarop de woning staat is goed verzorgd, maar direct buiten het park moet nog het nodige gebeuren. Veel braakliggend terrein en achterstallig onderhoud. Het zwembad was prima. Badmuts verplicht, wat voor ons wel even een drempel was, maar na wat hilarisch gelach en gedoe, merkte je het op een gegeven moment niet meer. Grote nadeel vonden wij, dat het zwembad tussen 12:00 en 16:00 gesloten was. Geen idee waarom, waarschijnlijk vanwege de rust tijdens de siesta, maar op het heetst van de dag niet even een duik kunnen nemen, was een groot gemis.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. In der Anlage ist ein Pool mit Liegen und eine ruhige Poolbar. Badekappe nicht vergessen. Da es auf der Terrasse sehr heiß wurde, hat Maria uns auf Anfrage noch am selben Tag einen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt. Der Blick auf Meer, Berge und eine weite Ebene ist fantastisch. Um die Anlage herum parken etliche Autos und es herrschte ein Kommen und Gehen, was gerade am späten Abend oder frühen Morgen etwas nervte. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war problemlos.
