This is a beautiful luxury 2200 sq ft Town Home Only 1.5 Blocks from Beach! It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
It has a one car garage for bikes, beach equipment etc. Parking for two cars available.
*First floor includes, 2 beautifully decorated large bedrooms with queen size beds & large closets, a full bathroom and laundry room.
*Second floor includes a half bath, large 4th kids bedroom with bunk beds and futon. There is a television & french doors that lead out to a nice relaxing patio with rocking chairs.
*Third floor holds the large spacious living area and gourmet kitchen. Stainless appliances and all amenities you can think of. Dining area and walk out deck large enough for dining outside with views of the ocean.
*Fourth floor holds the nice cozy, quiet master bedroom with full bath as well.
*Fifth is the huge rooftop deck with amazing views of the whole island. Best place in town to watch the firework show every Friday night in the summer.
**Must bring your own linens & beach towels. Contact me for more information.**
**This is a no pets/ non-smoking property!**
- $500 refundable security deposit.
- $180 cleaning fee
