This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

This unit has a great view but the condo itself is worn down. Must be old pictures in the description. Rip in couch, chips in dining table, dirty dishes & cutlery. Love the Oasis, but not this unit. Sorry.

The second-to-top floor so the view was incredible! The space itself feels huge, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. The lazy river, adult-only areas, and carts available on every level of the parking garage were especially convenient. It’s a great setup for families, but I would absolutely come back for a trip with just my husband too.I saw other reviews mentioning the couches and mattresses. I agree that it’s probably time to recover or refresh the couches, but the beds were great for us and we slept comfortably.The biggest issue we had was finding quite a few dirty dishes. We always travel with our own dish soap, so it wasn’t a huge problem for us, but I do think having a bottle of basic dish soap available would help. We also couldn’t find a dustpan, and the vacuum didn’t work. We’re the type of guests who like to keep things tidy throughout our stay, so that was especially frustrating when sand inevitably gets everywhere.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The views, amount of space, amenities, and thoughtful conveniences throughout the property make this a place we would definitely return to.

Loved being able to look out and see beach and water everywhere we looked. Even with it being to cold in the water we were able to walk by the water and sit and listen to the waves all day and late into the evening

This property was absolutely beautiful! So much room and the pictures are true to the condo. The view was magnificent. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the large patio overlooking the pools and gulf.

My biggest beef with the property was the fact that there was maintenance being done on the lazy river/slide most of the time we were there. That was the main reason for picking this condo. My kids were so disappointed. When we got there, there were notices that the maintenance would be done Tuesday and Wednesday but it went well into Thursday which was our last day. Otherwise, the condo was awesome. It was spacious, clean and beautiful.

The host responded insanely fast every time I messaged her and was super accommodating. We LOVED the condo's location and it was super clean. It also has fantastic amenities and our group could not have had a more perfect stay.

Everything was great! It was very clean. The view was amazing. Had coffee and breakfast every morning on the patio. No obstruction. My girls loved the pool,slide and lazy river. The entire place was very clean as well. No issues with the elevator and we were on the 31st floor. Granted we were there on a sunday-Wednesday, were I could see the weekends might make the elevators slow but there was 6 of them. The only complaint is the ice maker was on the other side of the master bedroom and that was loud and sounded like running water all night as well as the furnace/ac. When that kicked on it was really loud and sounded like doors opening and closing. But other than it was great and would not deter me from staying there again.
