Stancija Folo is a lovely villa located in a small village near Zminj.
It is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday as it offers all that one could look for at a relaxing family vacation.
The exterior is lovingly equipped with a spacious pool to satisfy all swimming and diving needs, a children's playground with slide and swings. 1100 m² plot is also at your disposal.

The inside is comfortable, as well. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms with private bathroom.
Villa is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.

Clean property, lovely quiet area, beds very comfortable, excellent host who went out of his way to help and assist as needed, reasonable WiFi, lovely pool (although not heated so little cold until weather got better). Overall a brilliant villa and everyone had a fantastic time. Would visit again.

Lovely house with kind owner

We spent 1 week with two families, 4 adults and 9 children, including 2 babies here. We loved the house which is very well equipped, nice and big enough for 13 people as well. We enjoyed the big pool, the grill terrace and also the children playground. Tomisici is a very nice and quiet village close to Zminj, in the middle of Istria. Tedi, the owner is very kind, mindful and helpful, he is a fantastic host. Thank you for everything, we would like to come again!

Es war wunderschön: Tolles Haus, alles supergepflegt. Toller Pool. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, wie wir uns das gewünscht haben. Aber dagegen ist man machtlos. TEDI war ein wunderbarer und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Amazing house for family holidays

We spent an amazing week in Tedi’s house. We were two families with 5 kids (ages 2 to 8) in total and the house was absolutely perfect. The outdoor amenities are great and in perfect conditions. The grill/eating area is perfect to chit chat and have the kids in the pool in the day, and ideal at night for nice bbq sessions. The play area and the coat patio are super practical. You can easily park 2 cars in front, even three little ones. The interior of the house is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms and rooms with ample space for the 9 of us. Beds are comfortable and AC is really nice and present in almost every room. The house is 5 minutes from Zminj where you have a butcher, many restaurant, and a large supermarket. All activities (beach, boating, etc.) where easily accessible between 20 and 30 minutes drive from the house. Tedi was extremely welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and provided great recommendations on the area. We HIGHLY recommend this house, and will most probably be back soon! Great gem!

Super Haus, toller und aufmerksamer Gastgeber- es hat alles gepasst. Das Wetter war hervorragend, der große Pool stets frequentiert, außer es ging ans Meer, und wenn beim Grillen das Holz verfeuert war gab es prompt Nachschub.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben das Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt für Familie. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und deren Familie 2 Wochen dort. Das beste in dem Haus war der Pool und der Grillplatz. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben sehr schöne Tage dort gehabt. Es war ruhig aber dafür sehr abseits von einer Stadt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist da richtig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Ein sehr großer und sehr guter Supermarkt ist ca 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist auch im Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Eine Tischtennisplatte war auch dort. Im ganzen war alles sehr gut. Wir danken Ted für alles.

Super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Tolles Haus - vor allem der Außenbereich (Grill, Pool, Schaukel, Sitzgelegenheiten). Zum Einkaufen/Bäcker muss man leider 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren, es ist durch die abgeschiedene Lage aber auch sehr ruhig. In der nächsten Kleinstadt Zminj gibt es Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants und Supermärkte. War sehr schön! Danke Tedi!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger ländlicher Lage. (Eigenes Auto nötig) Super netter Vermieter der uns Ausflugstipps für verschiedene Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. gegeben hat. Auch als kurzzeitig sie Klimaanlage ausfiel war er schnell zur Stelle und brachte sie wieder in Gang. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird leider ist das WLAN manchmal etwas langsam. Für die Kinder gibt es tolle Spielmöglichkeiten (Rutsche, Schaukel usw.), der Pool ist frei zugänglich, daher muss man bei kleinen Kindern immer ein Auge darauf haben.

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus Stancija Folo. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Besonders der Garten mit dem wunderschönen Pool und die überdachte Sitzgelegenheit mit Grillstelle hatte uns begeistert. Der Besitzer Tedi spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps bezgl. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder bei Tedi verbringen

Spacious accommodation in cosy, rural location

We spent very relaxing holiday in this villa. First of all it was easy to find, following the signs, although it is located in rural location. Villa was spacious, easily accommodating two families of four, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool was reasonable size and well maintained. Quite deep (135cm) for young children, so floats are advised. Central location of Istria Peninsula make it easy to reach all local attractions by car. The biggest advantage of this property is its owner, though. Tedi is very helpful, local young man who speak several languages and is always there to assist.
