We are located at Windsor at Westside, which is one of Kissimmee’s most luxurious resort community. An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! Our 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home has an impressive (3,117 sq. ft.) open floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. The 6 bedrooms sleep up to 14 and allow everyone to have plenty of space and privacy. The bedroom configuration consists of 2 complete king master suites, which makes the house ideal for sharing with friends and family! Also included are 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bunk-bedrooms. Fab Five Villa provides all of the comforts of home, with all the amenities of a resort, in a location within minutes of Disney and the other Orlando theme parks!

Windsor at Westside is one of Kissimmee’s most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort, AND so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! Our 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home has an impressive (3,117 sq. ft.) open floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. This rental home has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having an upgraded professional furniture package and electronics throughout the home. The 6 bedrooms sleep up to 14 and allow everyone to have plenty of space and privacy. The bedroom configuration consists of 2 complete king master suites, 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bunk-bedrooms (both have a twin over full). There are even 3 themed rooms – a Toy Story bedroom, a Finding Nemo bedroom, and a Frozen bedroom. With 2 complete master suites, the home is ideal to share with friends and family. The Star Wars themed game room features billiards, foosball, and table tennis. Prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen that has several upgrades, including marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Family Disney Trip

We absolutely loved staying in this house. My kids had a wonderful time, especially my four year old daughter. She had a very tough time deciding between the "Dory" room and the "Frozen" room. The private pool and the community pool was great. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

Beautiful and clean house. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kids and adults had a lot of fun in pool and especially the game room. Beds were so comfortable, it was hard to get out of them to start our day. Not a far drive to parks. Would definitely rent this home again for our family vacations. This place had everything we needed. The upstairs is so spacious. My kids normally don't like to sleep in different rooms than us when we are traveling, but with the themed bedrooms they loved them! Loved having 2 master suites, plenty of bathrooms too. You can tell the resort pool and lazy river are heated. Overall great stay!

Stay-Vacation

This is our second time staying at this location and already considering staying again. Our kids absolutely love this house. The decorations aren’t over done but still has enough to make it memorable for the kids. We decided to do a stay-vacation this time and not do Disney and this house was definitely worth it. Would recommend to anyone. Scott the owner is excellent to work with. Glad he allowed us to stay here this past week.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fab Five Villa. The pool and hot tub was a true favorite for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, themed bedrooms, and on-site pool. The pool area is an easy walking-distance away and includes a pool, lazy river, and kids splash area. It was wonderful! The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our week long stay. Scott was easy to work with and promptly answered all my questions.

Family Disney Spring Break Vacation

This home was as advertised perfect for our family dream vacation! It was perfect for our family of 12! The kids loved the pool to jump into after each day at Disney World and the adults loved the hot tub to relax in! The one and only thing I would say negatively is that the carpets throughout the home need to be steam cleaned, but other than that, the house was immaculate! We would strongly recommend this home for any family as it is perfect for families of 12-14 people and within 10-15 minutes of Disney World! Thank you to The Dobbs for providing a wonderful family memory!

Week in paradise!

My family and I loved the home. We had originally had another family going but they backed out last minute so needless to say my 3 kids were in paradise! The decor of the home was phenomenal. And there was soooooo much room. I was very grateful for the early check in due to the fact we were driving in and were not running on time! The distance from Disney world was at most around 15 min with traffic and located near restaurants, gift shops, and a Walmart! We will definitely be back! Thank you again

The house itself was GREAT! Our family really enjoyed the upstairs area and the pool. Scott was awesome to work with, too. Every time we needed something he was quick to respond and get the issue addressed. Our only issues were with noise in the neighborhood into the wee hours of the morning and an overcrowded clubhouse. Check your cell phone coverage in the area, too. We had three different carriers and none of us had coverage.

I was overall satisfied with the property but felt that the layout and beds could've been more comfortable. A little confused during check-in, having to register with a third party other than the clubhouse and owner who I booked with but it was manageable. First property where I have stayed that made us strip the beds before leaving, but overall I would return to this property. Also for the price there should be air conditioning in the garage playroom.

Needs a deep clean

Overall the house had what we needed for our stay as far as lots of room and the kids enjoyed the themed rooms . But the property is dirty. The carpets are really dirty and run down even bathroom throw carpets felt gross on bare feet . We had a used bandaid and hair tie left in pool area which shows the cleaning crew doesn’t go over the areas with a fine tooth comb . The pool needs to be warmer when you pay for heated pool . And the hot tub also needs to be hotter .

Bumpy start, but enjoyable stay

We got in late and the code didn't work to unlock the door. We don't have cell reception at the property either so we had to drive a mile away to be able to call property managers. Thankfully they did have an emergency line that we were able to get a hold of. Very frustrating, especially since I confirmed code beforehand. Other than that tho we had an enjoyable stay. We love the private pool and hot tub. The kids loved the game room and we appreciated the upgraded TV downstairs. It'd be great if they'd upgrade bed pillows and couches, neither of which were very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay and we've enjoyed it and all the amenities very much.

We have enjoyed everything about your home. The pool, Jacuzzi and playroom. Kitchen is very well equipped, great beds. Would definitely want to stay here again. One remark from our kids: some aircon in the playroom would make it even better. Only remark we have is that we were disappointed by the failing service from Global, your service company. I've contacted them because of a late arrival and it took me 3 emails and 2 international phone calls to get some sort of an arrangement. Unfortunately the aircon upstairs wasn't working when we arrived. Our call the next morning for maintenance wasn't followed up in a promptly manner, took us 3 extra calls to get it fixed in the evening. You might want to have a chat with them because your house deserves better service.

Disney vacation 2023

The 6 bedroom house was plenty big, we had bedrooms for everyone. The TV's in some of the bedrooms could not connect, which was a bummer for the small kiddos wanting Netflix or Disney channels, also no good sports channels, we are SEC fans so could not pick up basketball or softball. The house could have been cleaned better, something was splattered all over kitchen cabinets, ( my husband cleaned also cleaned a spot on bedroom carpet). The master toilet I cleaned! The pool was great, although we had to add water 2 times during our stay, which was not a problem. I believe site stated 10 minutes to Disney, but was more like 20 - 30 minutes(this was with shortcut provided by owners), maybe the time of year had more traffic, we were staying 2/10 - 2/19. The neighborhood pool was great. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again, the travel time to Disney was a huge disappointment for me.

A Week in Paradise!

This was the first time we visited Disney and didn't stay at a Disney resort. What a fabulous trip! We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room. The adults even designated one bathroom as the kids' bathroom! We enjoyed the private pool nearly everyday and spent an entire day at the resort pool. We were able to cook some meals at the house - the kitchen was well equipped - but we were also close to a number of restaurants. We mastered the "back way" to Disney so we even avoided the worst traffic. Some of our group went to Cocoa Beach for a day, some of us went to Universal for a day - the house's location is really ideal for exploring the area. The kids spent time in the game room and also enjoyed the Xbox. We adults hung out in the great room sipping cocktails nearly everyday. The check-in location is a bit out of the way, but our timing was perfect so we were able to get there during business hours and head straight over to the resort. We couldn't get into the house because we arrived in Orlando early in the day but we were encouraged to use the resort facilities. It wasn't long before we were in swimsuits with drinks in our hands! We all had a terrific time and the FabFive Villa gets some credit for that - I can't imagine being so relaxed anywhere else!
