Interior consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Villa has a beautiful garden, it is surrounded by olive trees, and it's decorated with lot's of love and passion for nature.
You can enjoy an intimate outdoor space, lounge area, summer kitchen, BBQ, and private pool. You can have your meals outside at the covered dining area. It's all completely private and just for you.

Romantic villa

We had a very relaxed and relaxing holiday in the romantic cottage. In a few minutes we were on the beach by bike or enjoyed the large pool.

Alles was man braucht für einen perfekten Urlaub

Authentisches Häuschen mit großem Außenbereich incl. Außenküche. Alles sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass es ursprünglich von den Eigentümern bewohnt wurde (nicht IKEAstyle, alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden). Kleines Duschbad, dafür aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Sehr gute Tipps von Luka zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem genau unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung entsprechenden Haus von Luka und seiner Familie. Luka war uns ein hervorragender Gastgeber mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, sehr viel geschmackvoller, als wir es bisher kannten und mit genau dem Maß an Komfort und Purismus, das wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war ganz wunderbar, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Schöner Urlaub in Rovinj

Meine Frau und ich konnten mit unserem Hund wunderschöne Ferien im Haus der Familie Ference verbringen. Das Haus ist mit schönem Pool, perfektem Aussengrillplatz und riesigem Umschwung an ruhiger Lage das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. A wonderful introduction to Istria

Anja and Luka could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The house is immaculate, and we loved the outdoor kitchen, the swimming pool and the fresh figs on the tree! Nearby Rovinj is delightful, and we spent our days happily cycling to the coast and exploring the area. Looking forward to coming back!

A truly wonderful location and home

Our summer family holiday was spent at this amazing house, one of the best holiday homes we have visited. Set amongst olive trees and with a glorious view, we enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this place. The house was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. The owners had thought of everything, even leaving a box of coffee pods for use in the coffee machine! The air con was a real bonus in the summer heat and we loved using the outdoor kitchen for BBQs. The front patio is beautifully shaded and a wonderful area to read, relax and enjoy a glass of wine! The owners couldn't have been more helpful and gave us details of good local restaurants, beaches and places to visit and shop. Nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to return, this definitely deserves 5 stars in all respects.

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) verbrachten eine sehr erholsame Pfingstferienwoche in diesem wunderschönen Domizil. Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und top ausgestattet bis in die kleinsten Details. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Der Pool ist perfekt, das Wasser leicht salzig, dafür aber nicht überchloriert, was wir sehr sympathisch fanden. Sehr praktisch: die Aussendusche direkt daneben. Am allerbesten aber ist der Garten. Er ist wunderschön angelegt mit Rosen, blühenden Sträuchern, schattenspendenden Bäumen und überall Kräutern, die man idealerweise gleich beim Grillen in der Aussenküche (Gasgrill oder offene Holzfeuerstelle mit Kamin - beides vorhanden!) verwenden kann. Verschiedene Terrassen mit jeweils hochwertigen Sitzmöbeln bieten unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne bzw. ein überdacht schattiges Plätzchen zur Mittagszeit. Vielen Dank, Familie Ferenc , für die schöne Urlaubswoche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden Ihr Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

This lovely holiday home is very well maintained, equipped with everything you might need, the garden is beautiful and the big pool great for swimming and just playing around. The owners are very friendly and responsive, we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Sehr idyllisches Häuschen, mit Liebe renoviert und ausgestattet.Toll klimatisiert. Der Pool enthält leicht salziges Wasser, die Dusche mit Warmwasser ist aber gleich daneben.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Dass Ferienhaus hat eine schöne ruhige Lage ausserhalb von Rovinj an einen kleinen Weingut. Das Meer ist in 10. Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten inklusive einer großen Sommerküche mit Gas und Holzgrill. Der saubere gepflegte Garten mit vielen Pflanzen und Privatem Pool sowie einem kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder lässt keinerlei Wünsche übrig. Die Gastgeber, Familie Ferenc, allen voran Luka, waren immer zur Stelle sobald etwas gebraucht wurde und stehen einem auch mit Tips zu Stränden und Restaurants zur Seite, sind aber nie aufdringlich. Alles in allem ein Perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne noch einmal als Gäste.

Wundervolles Feriendomizil in sehr erholsamer Umgebung. Auch für Hundebesitzer sehr geeignet.

Das Ferienhaus ist umfassend ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich läßt keine Wünsche offen (Grillbereich, Außenküche und Veranda) und lädt ein zum Verweilen. Schwimmingpool und eigener kleiner Weinberg runden das kleine Paradies ab. Meer und Rovinj sind für Aktivitäten gleich um die Ecke. Hausherr Davor ist spitze und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Perfect fun filled 5-nights in Rovinj

My family and I spent 5 lovely nights in this charming and cozy home close to Rovinj. IT was the perfect base for us and the pool was the cherry on top. The kids (7 & 3) both loved the spacious yard and of course the pool was a big hit. The house is well appointed and has everything one would need as a guest. For us being out of town was perfect as we brought bikes and could easily bike to town on the Istria Bike trail or we tended to just bike to the beach and back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be out of the madness of town, especially during the summer months and who enjoy doing day trips and a bit of peach and quiet. The owners are very kind and friendly people who are always available for recommendations and for questions.

having a great time

We just spent wonderful days in this little two-bedroom house next to a lovely vineyard, the pool was huge and very clean, as was the house and the outdoor-dining area, the pretty garden is very well kept, roses and lavender everywhere ... The surrounding area is beautiful and beaches are nearby, the house is perfectly located, Rovinj, the market, supermarkets are only a short drive away. Booking went smoothly and easily, the owner was quick to response to our inquiries, Luca was a very courteous and friendly host.
