Central, 3 baths, 160 m2, elegant and very close to the metro. Finely refurbished, lovely sunny, the apartment is located in a strategic position: it is directly connected by train to Fiumicino airport and it is very closed (100 meters) to Re di Roma metro station from which you can reach the city zones. It has 3 baths (2 with hydromassage shower and hairdrayer wall, one with bathtub) amazing living room, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balcons, conditioned air. Particular attention has been given in the electrical and thermal plant makeover. All system are certified and comply with technical standards; for me, "your safety first !!!"
One car indoor parking (3x5 meters) at your disposal. Although the apartment is very closed to the metro, if you prefer to walk, in 10 minutes you have San Giovanni Basilic, in 20/25 minutes the Colosseum.

Lovely & Spacious

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property. It’s in a nice residential neighborhood about 1/2 block to the metro station at Re di Roma. The apartment has good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, 3 large bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen in addition to a huge dining/ living room. We especially enjoyed the balcony, nice place to wrap up the day with a glass of wine! The host was easy to work with and was very accommodating when we had to make changes to our dates and number of guests. Many restaurants and shops nearby and a great grocery store at the bottom of the hill!
