Rental Gîte Morbihan Ria d'Etel

General Description: Renting a cottage for 3/4 people on the edge of Etel being located on a large wooded lot with direct access to the Ria.

Interior and exterior: The cottage has a kitchen (TV, fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, ....) with access to 25 m2 terrace (garden furniture, beach chairs, BBQ gas), two rooms on the floor (one with a large bed 140, and the other with two bunk beds 90). A bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and washing machine.

Environment, sight and vicinity: detached housing to the owner's home but completely independent in a quiet environment.

Location and city: Located halfway between Vannes and Lorient and 15 km from Auray.

Activities and Recreation: You can go fishing, canoeing, hiking. The range 15 minutes (Erdeven). Quiberon (Departure for the islands) to 30 Km.

Services and shops: Shops at 6 Km

- the end of stay, accommodation is to go to a clean state, if the cleaning fee will be € 50.00.
- In winter, accommodation is heated at your arrival and consumption is to be paid upon departure.

Ce gîte est très bien situé..confortable et bien équipé . Plein de charme. Calme assuré. La petitesse de la cuisine est rachetée par une terrasse spacieuse bien aménagée et entourée de belles plantations. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs. On a envie d'y revenir.

Séjour au calme à la campagne et à la mer

Avons passé un super we prolongé dans ce petit appartement bien agencé, bien équipé, propre, situé au calme. Nature à proximité, possibilité de nombreuses randonnées aux alentours. Propriétaires très sympathiques, disponibles et de bon conseil.
