The kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchenware, air fryer, microwave, crock pot, blender, dishes & cookware. The fridge does have an ice maker & ice trays. 4 burner electric flat stove top 2024. The is also a separate baking stove built in. 2 extra burners if needed.

Charcoal grill outside on covered porch (charcoal not provided)

•Living room has a full view of the lake, 75" Flat Screen TV/DVD Player, stocked with movies galore &. Couch and loveseat recliners.

•Family Room in basement has a TV, Small Futon, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball and plastic dart board.

•Full Bath located on the main floor off the kitchen, equipped with a Jacuzzi Tub (No shower as of now in that one)

•Full length of house back porch, fabulous view of Greers Ferry, patio furniture and Charcoal grill (must bring charcoal), 8 chairs and dinning table. Rope light and bug zapper. Fire-pit down the path (Firewood not provided)

THE BASEMENT - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 2020 The basement is under construction and is not as nice as the upstairs. The basement has been renting since summer of 2016 and is all very usable. We have had no complaints on the unfinished project. (Even return renters every year) There a exposed ceiling joist, insulation still being finished out. The pics are up to date on the site (2024). Please do not email asking about basement, this is the description as of today 2024 The floor is smooth concrete. This area is Family Room/Game Room. This will be able to handle more fun time-rough housing than the upstairs! Hint Hint like lock the kids down there to go crazy while you enjoy the view on the upstairs porch. There will be french doors added later to over look the lake also from down stairs. There is no exterior doors at this time and one room has a small window. This basement is very USABLE and rents over 200 nights a year, there is no catch here, just FYI.
