The three bedrooms, all with windows equipped with mosquito nets, 1 complete bathroom with shower. Large dining / living room with fireplace, satellite TV, kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine ("amodo mio" capsules), solar hot water. A veranda facing the sea with a dining area. Large tree-lined courtyard with double gate is a parking space, outdoor shower and basement. The courtyard is shared with another apartment on the same first floor. In addition to the beach in front of the house, other beautiful beaches can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Port and airport of Olbia at km 80.
