Suite 54m2 useful distributed in a spacious double room of 14m2, a large living room-kitchen of over 30m2, bathroom and hallway.
It is located in the historic heart of Salamanca, 1 minute of the facade of the University, 2 min from the Pontifical University and Cathedrals, and 3 min of the Casa de las Conchas.
The accommodations are equipped with bathroom, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) TV 49 "SmartTV, iron, hair dryer, sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo, etc ...
All expenses are included in the price. Additionally, they are also included in the price Internet services with wireless router and cable, and extra cleaning every Monday.
The building is newly built, with elevator, it is exterior, very sunny and bright, and has two balconies.
The bed in the room is 150x200. The living room has another bed 80x200, which leaves another second bed of the same dimensions. Additionally there is a sofa bed, leaving the other bed 135 that may optionally be used as an extra bed.
Cot on request at no extra cost.
Optionally also we have private parking in historic area.
