Beautiful 3 bed townhouse in Andalucia ideal for families, golf. Shared Pool.<br>

A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom townhouse just across the border from the Portuguese Algarve. Well furnished, good quality 3 double bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroomed townhouse with gardens; front and rear has a full sized roof terrace with views of Portugal and Spain. Communal pools, individually accessed through a gate from the rear garden. Complex enclosed and private with electric barriers and keys for communal access. 10 mins drive from the house is the stunning fishing port of Ayamonte situated on the mouth of the Guardiana River. Ayamonte has a modern marina and regular ferry crossings connecting it with Portugal. Stunning beaches within 15 minutes away both in Spain and Portugal. Activities include golf, amazing beaches, Water parks, Horse riding, Walking, Go karting, things to do.


The House: The house is situated on a small square. All houses have access to the pool through the back gardens. The town of Ayamonte has shops, restaurants, squares, an air conditioned theatre / opera house, a marina. The cultural heritage is amazing. The town has many small narrow streets with extensive facilities. There are many festivals and outdoor concerts during the summer with opera and music in the various squares.

Golf: The Golf on site is Costa Esuri. There are numerous courses in the area. Golf Courses at Isla Canela (Spain) and Castro Marim (Portugal) are a 15 minute drive away.

Holidaying with friends and family: If you are a group of friends or two families wanting to holiday together there are other houses available to rent on the square.
The atmosphere on the square is friendly but not intrusive. It's a great place to relax and a very safe happy place for children.

Location perfect House smelt funny had to buy a plug in air fresheners Cobwebs in all corners behind the doors downstairs Patio furniture covered in cobwebs Utensils dated and looked dirty (toaster especially) Disappointed a little Not a pint of milk or bottle of water in the fridge on arrival even though it was 30 degrees Think the house needs some TLC and maybe a welcome pack. Wouldn’t choose to stay there again unfortunately even though the location was perfect

Im sorry you found cobwebs - I wish you had text at the time and I would have arranged a re clean for you. We will pass on your comments re utensils and toaster - usually people find the kitchen very well equipped. It was a very well spent vacation, with tranquillity that so well characterises the neighbourhood. The house was very clean in general, only a few details were missing, like behind the furniture and little details in the kitchen.The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils, we don't miss any having cooked dinner every day at home.As well as the laundry, with iron and ironing board, as well as washing machine and another dryer. The television is Smart with the possibility of accessing our native television App. There are also family games available inside the living room closet. The bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the rooms, being individual, facilitates the personal taste of each one, for the choice of cold or without anything. The community pool was very clean, the grass trimmed, and practically empty of use by other houses so there is a lot of privacy in its use. The least positive observations is the table that is at the entrance of the house, which being made of wood is quite degraded and therefore can no longer be used. There is a slight smell in the house, especially at night, so we had to buy air fresheners. The musket nets are also needed. Finally, as for the parking space, it is indicated in the ad that there are 2 available but it is not clear enough to realise where these 2 places are, only one. So, in general our stay was quite positive, we recommend it for families or couples with friends.Thank you for your hospitality

Tiene todas las comodidades que puedes esperar para sentirte como en casa. Es una casa muy tranquila, se duerme sin ningun ruido. Aparacas en la puerta, tienes un supermercado a 50m, a la playa vas en coche pero luego alli se aparca fácil.

Si hubo un problema, infórmenos para que podamos solucionarlo. Hay un bar, un pequeño centro comercial y una tienda local que vende pan y comida caliente a 2 minutos a pie de la casa. Necesitas un coche para llegar a las playas y al pueblo, aunque hay un servicio de autobús. Hemos instalado mosquiteros en todas las habitaciones de arriba que están disponibles para su uso. Con todos los buenos deseos

Plezierig verblijf

Over het algemeen een fijne, ruime en comfortabele vakantiewoning voor een gezin. Prettig om zowel een voor- als achtertuin te hebben. Voldoende schaduw en zon. Zeer prettig was de fraaie binnentuin met zwembad, zeer goed verzorgd en schoon. Minpuntjes vonden wij de ietwat tegenvallende schoonmaak vh huis bij aankomst, maar dat werd volgende dag wel meteen opgelost. Er is niet veel te doen op/rondom het vakantiepark zelf, er is maar een mini-supermarkt met een klein barretje en verder niets. Moet auto tot je beschikking hebben.

Die Anlage und Lage des Hauses war schön.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und die Gegend um Ayamonte ist super. Im Haus war alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub brauchte.Auch die Pool Anlage war sehr schön. Man konnte auch von Ayamontes Hafen mit der Fähre in 15 min für kleines Geld nach Portugal rüber fahren.

Una vivienda bonita y muy bien equipada

Hola. Disftutamos de unos dias de descanso en una casa preciosa. Decorada con gusto y muy equipada. Nos toco unos dias de bastante calor, pero la vivienda dispone de buena climatizacion. La piscina comunitaria esta muy bien.

Excellent location for a family holiday

On arrival we were met swiftly and the house shown to us even though it was later than planned due to a delayed flight. The house was an excellent size for 4 adults and 2 children. In the morning we explored the house further, the view from the roof terrace was excellent, and the pool fantastic for my two sons. The little touches that Paula arranged were an added bonus, lots of towels, toiletries and beach towels helped to keep packing to a minimum, she even arranged a welcome pack to get us started as we arrived so late. The house is in a great location for both exploring the edge of Spain or going over to the local towns of Portugal. We only managed in our 2 weeks to explore Spain so will have to return to explore the Portugal side. Ayamonte has a large number of restaurants to eat at, but dont expect the commercial English restaurants it is Spanish, just what we wanted. The town comes alive in the evenings and you could spend hours going from one tapas bar to another. We took the boat over to Portugal to explore Villa Real, a great trip and a lovely place to spend a few hours. The beaches in the area do require a car to get to but they are worth it. They are stunning expanses of beach for miles and are brilliant for children to play in safely. Lots of beach bars dotted along which serve excellent tapas and drinks, needed in the hot sun. The house had lots of amenities to use, the wifi was very fast and air conditioning needed in the evenings. We did find that when windy you didn't need it to keep cool. Communication with Paula was excellent prior to our arrival and she answered my neurotic emails quickly and in lots of detail. She helped us to plan our trips out before arriving and gave us lots of advise about places to shop etc. This is a little gem hidden in a good location away from any noise, the pool was never too busy even though it was high season and lots of the surrounding houses were occupied. This is a very family friendly place as the garden and pool area is very secure. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to our friends.

Estupendo lugar para descansar unos dias o el tiempo que haga falta . Apartado del bullicio y ruido la casa estupenda con un amplio surtido de peliculas en DVD para no aburrirse una muy buena piscina para pegarse un chapuzon. Paula la dueña de la vivienda encantadora , aunque no tenga el gusto de conocerla en persona

Gorgeous, modern villa - thank you!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 10 days. We wanted something spacious and modern, and this villa was perfect! It was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The living room opens on to the patio with a lovely big table outside. Our friends and their 2 children joined us for a few days and we ate out on the patio nearly every night. The house was fully equipped, with towels, hairdryer etc, and we used the bikes to ride into Ayamonte and around. The pool outside was big, very clean and perfectly safe for the 2 children. We went into Ayamonte quite a few times. Everyone was very friendly and I had a great time practising the Spanish I had been learning! (Not too sure how much I was understood!) The beach is absolutely gorgeous too, huge, and was really quite quiet when we went. Have recommending this to our friends. Thanks very much to Paula, the owner.

Big & Spacious family holiday home

We first went to this beutiful, big & spacious holiday home in July 2008. We really enjoyed our stay, it was spotlessly clean, lovely fictures and fittings and loads of space for the children to wander about, safely and comfortable. The bedrooms are a great size, and the master bedroom is a lovely space to retire after a busy day sun bathing at the quiet and very clean, safe pool. There is a big pool and a small, safe child's pool, where my young daughter was in from morning 'til night. As a family who enjoy going out and about, visting new beaches, shops and restraunts during the day and in the evenings, a car is a real benefit on this holiday. Ayamonte is a short drive away, and is great just to chill out & have a nice meal & walk or just watch the world go by in one of the many restaraunts, bars etc! We have booked to go back in the summer again, july 2009 and are taking my mum & dad as we really enjoyed it, feel safe and it's very comfortable & great value for money. Definetly a holiday you will enjoy, relax and meet lovely new people. We would definetly reccomend it to other families, Enjoy!
