About this property
A stylish & bright, newly renovated one-bed Shoreditch apartment.
A stylish, newly renovated throughout, one-bed apartment on a quiet road 5 mins walk from Old St and the buzz of Shoreditch. The apartment is beautifully decorated with cool prints and creative touches. Perfect for working remotely with brilliant broadband and a desk.
This architecturally designed and beautifully styled apartment has a fully integrated kitchen, open-plan living room, bathroom/shower, separate double bedroom, south facing private balcony, high-level security and concierge. Widescreen digital TV, Netflix and wi-fi.
Ideal for city breaks, business trips or a professional couple working nearby. The apartment is set up for remote working with excellent wifi and a desk to work at. In addition to the bed in the bedroom, there is a small double airbed available for 2 people and a single futon mattress which would comfortably sleep one person.
The apartment is on a quiet residential street but very close to the lively bars/restaurants/galleries of Shoreditch.
Columbia Road flower market is a must see on Sunday mornings, visit the famous Spitalfields market as well as Brick Lane for a true East End experience. Pizza East, The Albion (owned by Sir Terence Conran), Dishoom are all fantastic eateries worth visiting. (I would like to keep this updated but there are so many amazing new bars and restaurants popping up all the time it's impossible!)
Southbank, with all its famous attractions - Borough Market, The London Eye, National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe etc is 20 minutes away on the bus or 10 minutes by tube.
10 mins walk to Hoxton Square, 15 mins walk to Upper St. Transport links include Old Street Station (Northern Line, National Rail), Hoxton Station (East London Line) and reliable bus routes provide quick access into the City/West End.
Fully furnished with guidebooks and fully equipped kitchen.
**PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF ANY ALLERGIES, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE ANY ISSUES BUT CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF WE ARE NOT TOLD PRIOR TO ARRIVAL**
***£30 fee for lost or damaged key/fob!***
***Extra fee of £20 for arrivals after 9pm***
