"Il nido di Giò" is a cozy and elegant apartment, equipped with excellent furniture, attached appliances such as dishwashers, column fridge with freezer, electric oven and gas cooker, wide range of kitchen utensils.
It consists of a living room entrance with ample kitchen dining space.
The bathroom is equipped with every comfort, bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, washing machine.
The room consists of a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed.
The outdoor area includes a large portico overlooking a large lawned garden with well-kept Mediterranean plants.
It is possible to enjoy this beautiful outdoor area for outdoor dining, enjoy intimate moments of relaxation in contact with nature with comfortable sun beds.
The accommodation is located away from the city traffic but convenient to reach shopping centers, useful services and beaches.
There are 2 mountain bikes available to take the nearby cycle path that runs along the coast.
It is possible to reach the nearby bathing establishments either on foot (15 minutes), by car (5 minutes) or by shuttle bus which stops 2 minutes on foot.
At 2 km you can visit the second largest historical center of Liguria, admire the Romanesque bridge, the fortress and the remains of the ancient castle recently restored.
Along the provincial road of the hinterland you can reach characteristic medieval Ligurian villages that offer the visitor festivals, tastings and typical products of the area: Badalucco, Montalto Ligure, Carpasio, Molini di Triora, Triora ...

Meine Frau und ich haben sich in der Wohnung von Piera und Giovanna sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight ist der schöne gepflegte Garten, der von nirgends einsehbar ist. Auch die Küche ist sehr großzügig und man hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Vielen Dank für eure freundliche und zuvorkommende Unterstützung und die vielen Informationen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Großem Garten

Vielen Dank an Piera und Giovanna für die Vermietung dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, bietet viel Platz und eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Läden und Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Comoda e pulita.

La signora Piera è stata molto gentile, la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla strategicamente buona sia per andare al mare che per girare altre zone in quanto molto vicino al casello autostradale. Un ambiente ben curato e molto pulito con un giardino fresco e ventilato, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da Piera.

Nice italian apartment

The communication with Piera and her daughter was very good, they are very kind and helpful. We could walk to the beach within 20 minutes (with trolley) and just 5 minutes by car. The apartment is as you would imagine an old fashioned italian furnished and decorated one, very cute. We went there with a toddler and a 3-year old for 3 nights and it was all fine.

Amazing and comfortable

The vacation was pleasant. the apartment has a large garden. The proximity to the motorway exit, the Taggia station and the Conad supermarket are very convenient. It’s also about a 15-minute walk from the Taggia seawalk.

Bellissima casa con la cura del particolare

Una bella location, appartamento curato, comodo e molto accessoriato. Il bel giardino è sicuramente un valore aggiunto alla casa, da vivere a pieno nel periodo estivo. Ne terrò sicuramente conto per i miei futuri spostamenti in questa zona.

Bell'appartamento. Molto curato sia dentro che fuori (bellissimo giardino di proprietà) e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ambiente signorile e riservato. A piedi si puo raggiungere tranquillamente il lungo mare. Ottima la presenza di un centro commerciale a 200mt con ipermercato sempre aperto. La propietaria Piera ci ha accolto da subito con la sua gentilezza, rimanendo sempre a ns disposizione.

La casa di Piera è molto carina e accogliente, in casa c'è veramente tutto e il giardino è davvero delizioso. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più però, è la sensazione che ci ha regalato Piera che ci ha fatto sentire ospitati in casa di amici. Vacanza bellissima. Appartamento consigliatissimo dal quale si raggiunge agevolmente il supermercato, la pista ciclabile e soprattutto il bel mare di Arma di Taggia.

Soggiorno perfetto... l'appartamento un vero gioiellino, dotato di ogni confort, pulito, ben arredato, dove trovi davvero TUTTO il necessario non manca proprio nulla, un giardino curatissimo ideale x momenti di totale relax, La signora Piera una padrona di casa gentilissima, molto disponibile che ti accoglie e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Arma è una bellissima cittadina di mare con belle spiagge, buoni ristoranti e locali di ogni genere, ben organizzata sia x quel che riguarda le spiagge che le serate con tanti eventi, ci sono diverse spiagge libere con tutti i servizi necessari x godersi una bella giornata di mare, ben gestite, pulite e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Esperienza da rifare sia la località che la casa della signora Piera meritano tanto A presto

Casa favolosa con uno splendido giardino ombreggiato al pomeriggio.

Ottima casetta con una bella camera da letto ed un open space cucina/soggiorno molto grandi, tutte e 2 le arie verso est quindi ombreggiate al pomeriggio. Molto spazioso anche il bagno, peccato (per quelli come me) che non c'è la doccia ma una vasca degna del suo nome (è una idromassaggio) dove ci si può anche fare una doccia anche se un po' scomoda. Nel contesto è un ottimo appartamento al P.Terra e dispone anche di un'uscita secondaria dal giardino per uscite in bici o altro.... La pardona è una persona molto disponibile ed esigente nel mantenere il locale pulito ed in ordine, compreso il giardino. Ottima vacanza trascorsa.... credo che ci penserò per ritornare, magari la prossima estate....

Molto accogliente

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Piera per alcuni giorni in inverno. Mi sono trovata molto bene, la casa è silenziosa, comoda, molto ben attrezzata di tutto, anche in cucina. La proprietaria è gentilissima e produce anche un ottimo olio! La località è perfetta per visitare Sanremo e Imperia, molto ben servite anche dai mezzi pubblici.
