CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, they look really nice and the bathrooms are great. Everything was functioning properly. The property managers were great about communication. I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Perdido Key - Spanish Key

While parking was an issue for 1 day, it was 4th of July weekend, the condo was really perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Perdido Key continues to be one of the most beautiful big sand beaches with clear water in the U.S. while also being one of the most quiet and calm villages along the Gulf. Only wish I could have permanent moved in.

Great condo!

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.

We stayed in condo 308 which was excellent. The beach was awesome. The parking was not so good. Will not go in to details because you all know there is not enough parking for the amount of units they have available.
