The Nàutic apartments in Estartit are ideal for a family vacation or for those who enjoy water sports: diving, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, paddle surfing...



This particular one is located on the last floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and have a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and amidst the atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building.



The Nàutic apartments have an elevator starting from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. There is no parking available. Wake up every morning with the best sea views in l'Estartit!

Gute Lage und sehr schöner Ausblick

Die gute Lage und der tolle Ausblick. Die erstmalig neu installierte Klimaanlage war auch erforderliche und sehr angenehm. Der Komfort und die Funktionalitäten der Wohnungen sind auch in Ordnung. Sauberkeit im Hausflur und auf dem Dach im Poolbereich. Die Glasschiebtüren sind zum Teil nicht mehr zu bewegen. In den Kühlschranktüren fehlen schon öfter Ablagefächer, für Flaschen z.B./ Das Wifi sollte in den Apartments ´stärker´ sein. Die Klapp - Couch im Wohnzimmer ist fast überall schrottreif und der Stoffbezug ist meistens dreckig und eine Zumutung. Abet verbessert wurde vor wenigen Jahren, die damals dringend neuen Bettgestelle und Matratzen, danke. Für das Auto ein spezieller Discount-Deal mit dem Club-Nautic für ein Park-Arrangement wäre für NAUTIC Mieter sehr interessant.

Emplacement idéal mais bruyant

L’emplacement, la piscine est un plus. Climatiser l’appartement car c’est très bruyant les nuits avec les fenêtres ouvertes et du coup ça gâche véritablement les vacances de ne pas dormir!

Lovely location, great service.

Great service - very helpful staff. Lovely location, amazing view. Nice clean apartment. Great pool. Toilet at pool was very smelly.
