Un superbe appartement tout confort, idéal pour couple avec un enfant (2 belles chambres). La cuisine est un peu petite mais on a profité des tapas La literie est très confortable et l'appartement est calme. Marta est une hôte aux petits soins, elle est de plus très disponible. A recommander

Nous avons passé 10 jours au mois de juillet dans l'appartement de Marta. L'appartement est bien situe. Le metro est en haut de la rue et des commerces à proximité. 10 minutes à pied du camp Nou. Marta est dosponible et a l'ecoute. Je vous le conseille.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement bien situé, fonctionnel, propre. On s'y sent très bien. Marta la propriétaire est extrêmement gentille, serviable et disponible. Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est très bien passé grâce au calme de l'appartement après les journées "remplies" de monde...

Typical Barcelona apartment.

The location of the property was great it's in the sants area so u can walk from the train station in approx 15mins. The Neu Camp is about 10 mins walk and there's 3 metro stops nearby. The main road has bus stops to and from the city centre the N2 night bus stops 100 meters away. The property was clean the only thing was it's a bit smaller than looks in picture but we 3 had enough room . Basically you get what you pay for.

Regalo di compleanno

Abbiamo scelto di regalare per i 18 anni di mio figlio un soggiorno di quattro giorni a Barcellona, non potevamo capitare meglio come alloggio, pulito ,comodo e con un organizzazione invidiabile. Un grande ringraziamento a Marta,sempre presente anche se nella mia Italia. Grazie ancora.

ordentlich und geplegte Ferienwohnung liegt in typischer Wohnbebauung in Spanien, d.h. man muss sich dem Rhytmus der Spanier anpassen (auch abends noch länger laut als in Dtl.) gut ausgestattet, freundliche und flexible Betreuung durch Vermieter per WhatsApp während des Aufenthalts

Exactly as described, it's clean, in a good location, everything we wanted!

The owner met us to exchange keys, and it was perfect! It was exactly as described, clean, in a good location, the rooms were big, there were two TVs, wifi, washing machine.. And best of all, the bedrooms were very quiet! Its a five minute walk from Collblanc station and served us extremely well, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, equipped flat with access to Barcelona.
