Beautiful house in an upscale neighborhood, close to the famous Parc Bordelais and various shops.
A 25‑minute walk from the city center, it offers all the comfort and modern amenities needed to welcome a family (though it is not suitable for small children due to a dangerous staircase) or a group of friends.
The house is very spacious and pleasant to live in. Please remember to respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet.
The house will be clean and tidy when you arrive; please make sure to leave it as you found it.
New to Bordeaux? No worries — a bus stop is located near the house and will take you quickly to the heart of the city. For those who enjoy cycling, VeCub stations are available everywhere, including one right next to the house. It’s fun and almost free.

Grande maison près d’un beau parc

Nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Malgré les travaux en cours dans le secteur, il a été relativement facile d’accéder aux principaux sites touristiques de Bordeaux et des environs. Le Médoc n’est pas très loin en voiture. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Parfait

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très confortable, assez proche du centre ville et pourtant très calme. La cour intérieure est très agréable au petit déjeuner ou à l’apéritif et la place de parking devant la maison est un vrai plus. On se sent vraiment accueilli dans cette maison aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. PS: … et le parc bordelais tout près est idéal pour un footing matinal!

Decoracion algo especial pero tiene de todo y es muy comoda.

La casa esta muy bien equipada. Las instalaciones tales como baño, cocina están perfectamente equipadas. Las camas son buenas. Tal vez el suelo de la escalera al piso superior son algo ruidosas, pero le da un toque especial. La verdad es que hemos pasado unos días estupendos y sin duda repitiriamos.......seguramente repetiremos

Superb Accomodation

A beautifully designed house and very well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful and came to our rescue at very short notice to make the accomodation available. Although the house was slightly out of town it was not a problem as there were excellent bus links just a short walk from the property. There was a supermarket and take away deli very nearby too.

Agréable séjour.

Maison très confortable, spacieuse, bien aménagée et au calme. Arrêt de bus à proximité pour se rendre dans le centre de Bordeaux. Un magasin bio, une boulangerie, pharmacie et casino à proximité. Le parc Bordelais est à 5 mn a pieds. On peut rentrer 2 voitures dans la cour. Sommes contents de ce choix et de notre séjour à Bordeaux...sous le soleil.

Très belle maison, propre, agréable, calme et très bien située

Nous avons passé quelques jours bien agréables dans cette maison spacieuse avec son patio. Pour les jeunes enfants, la proximité du parc Girondin (jeux, animaux, lac, pelouse, etc.) est optimale. De nombreux commerces (boulangerie, restaurant, supermarché) sont à proximité (2 à 5 min à pied).
